Not only was it painful, but the barber didn't acknowledge the damage or offer any apology -- just moved on as if nothing happened. At this price point, I expect professional service and attention to detail. Sadly, the quality and care have been steadily declining over time, and this last experience sealed the decision for me to take my business elsewhere.
