I've been coming here for probably 3 years now, and I won't go anywhere else because Mary understood exactly what I wanted from day 1. She has fair pricing and she is not in a hurry to get you out the door, like other places. My advice to anybody is to take pictures of yourself from multiple angles once you have a perfect cut. I bought a Groupon for a facial. I've never had a facial, so I figured buying a Groupon would be a good way to try it out. When I called to make an appointment, it seemed very unorganized. I called both locations and it was almost as if it would have been better to just walk in, rather than to waste time with making an appointment. On the day of my facial, I was actually supposed to have it done at the S. Wilcrest location. I unfortunately got lost and was pretty late. I kept calling to check in to see if I should just reschedule, and one of the stylists said no, it would be fine for me to come in. Well when I finally made it, the lady doing the facial wasn't there! She was at the Airport location and asked that I come over there. Luckily it wasn't far, but I was a little annoyed. I would have rather just rescheduled at that point because I was stressed and flustered from getting lost for an hour. When I arrived at the Airport location, I wasn't really greeted. I stood there for awhile before someone finally asked what I was wanting done. The actual facial was blah. The lady that did it was not talkative and did not explain the products she was using on my face. The lady that was supposed to do it, recommended an herbal facial, but then someone else ended up doing it. It's hard to really know what a good facial feels like, but I was not impressed with this place. I'm glad I did not pay full price for a mediocre facial. read more

A great place to get your hair dyed at, there are many types of hair colors and brands to choose from. There are many different types of services offered here, I am not a fan of threading but Mary does a great job of doing it. The Henna tattoo's are very well done as well. I always go here to get my hair dyed because Mary does a great job of making sure the color is correct and doesn't look horrible. Pro-Clips is an easy walk in place that doesn't require an appointment. For the past 4 years Mary has been cutting my hair, and in the last 2, she has started cutting my kid's hair as well (8 year old son and 13 year old daughter).
