I had a frustrating experience at this location that I feel could have been avoided with better training and attention to customers. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Stephanie, told to sign in, and have a seat. I did exactly that and sat directly in view of the front desk. After 20 minutes, I noticed two people who arrived after me were helped before me. Eventually, another staff member noticed I was still waiting and directed me back to the front desk--right where I had checked in originally. When I returned, Stephanie questioned why I hadn't "said something" and implied I had disappeared, even though I had been seated just a few feet away the entire time. It's clear she sits in her chair all day and doesn't move from it, so I wasn't shocked I had been overlooked. I explained again that I was there to update my travel license and transfer a vanity plate to my alternative fuel vehicle, which would require cloud plates. She tried processing it but said the system wouldn't allow her to proceed. She consulted a manager, who initially claimed I would need to wait until September. I explained my husband had done the same transaction at this exact location just a few days earlier without issue. After calling the manager on her cell phone, she was told it could be done but not until Monday. I chose not to wait and went to the West Valley Motor Vehicle location the today, where everything was completed in about 20 minutes with no issues. This location could greatly benefit from: * Better training on current policies and procedures * Staff paying closer attention to sign-ins and the order customers arrive * A more professional approach to customer service Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. read more

completely a scam because according to them we didn't stop at a stop light when we did, didn't use the turn signal when we did, and apparently stopping at a yellow light to be safe made them check off points? I recently visited One Stop Motor Vehicle Service on Greenway Road in Surprise, Arizona, for a driving test, and I would not recommend this place, especially for young or new drivers. As an educator, I've known several students who have gone there and had disappointing, even frustrating, experiences with their driving tests. One red flag was the option to take the test three times for a discounted rate. This raised some concerns for me, as it seemed to suggest a lack of confidence in their testing process. During my visit, I observed and heard from other customers that many students do not pass on their first attempt, and some even need to retake the test multiple times--often at additional costs. I also noticed that the fees charged here seem excessive compared to standard DMV services, which added to my disappointment. I sat in the waiting area and overheard conversations warning about students struggling to pass, which further confirmed my belief that this location may not be the best place for a fair and straightforward driving test. Overall, based on my experience and the feedback from others, I cannot recommend One Stop Motor Vehicle Service on Greenway Road for anyone preparing for their driving test. It's worth exploring other options to ensure a more positive and less stressful experience. During the test, the examiner told my Son he was going too slow at 38 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was also told that he must drive at least the speed limit. Is that the limit???, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. Additionally, the he was marked down for not knowing where the defrost button was. My goodness. All the best to you guys. We will get better from this. This is the second time I used rhis offsite DMV facility. Arturo was the agent that helped me both times. He was amazing, the process was quick and easy. First time I had to replace a title and the next time I visited I traansfered a title and applied for plates and registration. He really knows his business. He was friendly yet professional. I took the road test for my driver's license about three times before passing. A huge tip I can give for new testers is that the instructors are very strict on how they want you to drive, specifically on stop signs and speed, and that you should treat the road test differently to how you would normally drive. The test itself doesn't go on the freeway, but rather goes around the neighborhood near WCHS. Be very careful on two-way stops, as one wrong move can lead to an automatic fail. Overall, it was a frustrating experience getting my license, despite driving pretty safely. read more

We came into this place to do our licenses and registration on our vehicle. We had to have a ticket submitted because their system wouldnt let them do something and had to come back. THEN they refunded the amount (they said) instead of charging us so charged our account DOUBLE!! On a Friday. One guess which one STILL (Monday night) hasn't posted so we have to come back again for the 5th time!! They are STILL working on getting our money back and STILL we paid the 50$ convenience charge.
