I don't know, If it was a racial thing; or this staff knew me and was envious. I have came here since I was 16 years with my parents getting information and situation regarding my car such as title, tag, Notary, and temporary license. I came today without my family and by myself this Specific worker, name ALEJANDRA. Was very rude I don't know if someone had upset her previously but that shouldn't dictate her interactions with me. ME WORKING in customer service until 18 knows that. She was constantly rolling her eyes and belittling me I just had to leave; if rather drive the car illegally to a next place that charges more then how I was treated in this facility for the first time... which is crazy because I'm not far from the staff Alejandra age if I think about it; so I know ques and disrespect. read more

I came here to get a title change made and got it handled without issue. In and out in 15 mins or so, and that was with being helped by a new girl being trained! Overall, I'm happy with what I had done. Sure the "convenience fee" is annoying but I have seen FAR worse! read more

Ive been here a few times to have my title/ registration service done and service have been fine until today. I sent my kids in to see if there was a waiting line in which there was one person ahead and a person at the counter so we proceed to wait as our ticket number is 73 and the counter meter is 71. We waited about 15 minutes and the person ahead of us is about to be done. I see a vehicle pulled into the parking spot and proceed to walk in. Upon entering the guy had mention he missed his number and asked the chubbier lady at the counter if its ok to be next in line because he missed his number and she said it was fine he'll be next in line. Most of time anywhere else if you missed your number when called you will need to grab another number and wait. I was furious at this point because I've waited almost 20 minutes already at this so call "convenient MVD" and there is a convenient service fee. i proceed to walk up when the person ahead of me was finished and the counter lady said i need to wait which was BS so sincemy doctor said I need to keep my blood pressure down i keep my cool and walked out read more

"Notaries don't know what they are doing"... This is exactly what the girl behind the plexiglass said. Gabby the Manager needs to remind her staff that the people in the waiting room pay the bills. I was number 12 when I showed up and watched customer 8 and 10 greeted and given very bad service. One woman stormed off. These are not nice girls working here...one customer had to correct and tell tell them what 100 percent disability means. They dont other states law and have zero respect for customers. I will be reporting their actions with the state. They are providing false information..the answer isn't always bonded title. Save your time and go elsewhere and Gabby hire new people..maybe adults who know how hard it is to take time to go to you rather than other locations. Stay Away! I own a Business that frequently requires use of their Title Services, (almost weekly). I have been using their services for over a year and am very happy with their prompt service. Their customer service is great also. I am usually on a very tight schedule and time is money, so I definitely appreciate their fast service and reasonable prices. Prices are well worth saving my time for a better use. Place is very clean and I have only had to wait in a long line only once. However, their proficiency still kept the wait moderate. Do not ever go to this place! They are crooked! Penalty fees are at their discretion and they do not explain before they charge you for them and then you have to call motor vehicle department to get them refunded. The manager and the other girl that work the place are both very rude!!! read more

BEWARE! I DO NOT recommend utilizing this 3rd Party business for ANYTHING! I was not familiar with these types of business and thought they were a PART OF the AZDOT, to help ease the long lines and long waiting periods at the regular MVD offices. I am a very smart person, but boy was I wrong to do business with them!!! I went there to simply title and register my vehicle and I was shocked at the extraordinary lack of knowledge from the clerk, Alejandra Castro. I'm a totally disabled veteran and I informed her of such and requested Arizona's State disabled veterans registration benefit/discount. She said she never heard of any such discount and I would have to pay the full amount. WOW, what a shocker! Again I tried explaining the discount for disabled veterans and she replied the same answer. She made a phone call and said she spoke with her supervisor, who provided NO assistance. I had her complete my title and registration and paid the FULL amount, no disabled veteran discount. And get this, they charge another fee, called a "convenience fee". I learned a hard lesson and I will never do business with any 3rd Party businesses that charges extra fees, especially with this company/office. I don't understand how these types of businesses are allowed to come into existence, especially with individuals who are not properly trained, lacking knowledge of State laws and rules, then charging extra money for a 'convenience'. Who's minding the store and allowing these businesses to operate? Who allowed these businesses to come into existence? Where and what type of training do these people receive training? What types of checks and balances are there to ensure these businesses have properly trained people and are operating under and complying with State laws? I find they are not worth doing business with, there are too many unanswered questions yet to be answered! Convenience, I think NOT! read more
