We made an appointment and checked in at a kiosk. Before we could we could sit down we were called to counter for help. Becky helped us from start to finish and she was friendly and helpful. She helped us with a number of services from licensing to titling. It was worth the additional service fees for the ease and convenience. I think the negative reviews are from people who showed up unprepared and annoyed. While we were being helped, I witnessed a number of people come in without the proper paperwork. If you come with all your documents and a good attitude, you should be happy as we are with this service.

The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.
