Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well. The morning I dropped my car off, Basil had one of his employees (Jesus) drop me off at Enterprise, which was really helpful. Throughout the entire repair process, Basil was communicative, caring, and professional. When my vehicle was finished being repaired, Basil arranged to have it delivered to me, saving me a trip down to Escondido to pick it up. I couldn't have picked a better repair shop.

If they won't live up to their word (3 times) to provide an estimate I doubt they would fix the car in a reasonable time frame.

In fact, when he received the list (which I'd emailed ahead of time) he immediately spotted a safety issue and reached out to me to get it addressed promptly. -they finished the work AHEAD of the promised completion time -took the trouble to score parts at a lower price than quoted (and passed on the savings!) -provided a detailed completed work order with information I about my vehicle that I found valuable. Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

The truck in front of me kicked something up on the ground and the object flew into my car with such force, it was a miracle my windshield wasn't shattered. I knew there was damage, not just damage but major damage- the kind of damage that when you look at it, you still remember the epic sound of whatever object it was smashing your car. So, I had to get it fixed immediately. I decided to not open a claim with my insurance. You either pay with time or money. I don't have the time to be without a car for days, deal with adjusters, etc. Since I was already getting bodywork done, I figured I would ask about other cosmetic repairs. If the price was right, I would do it all at once. I emailed a few mobile places but they all responded they couldn't do the work. I had to bring it to a body shop. I imagined my car being there for days- that simply didn't work for me. Well, Steven was the only company willing to come out, give an estimate, pick the car up from my house, bring it back to my house, and truly not inconvenience me at all. All through email, I told him I had one weekend I could be without a car and he was onboard with getting the work done that weekend. Gabriel picked up my car on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and as promised, the car was returned to me Monday morning at 7:15am. The work is amazing. The color match is perfect. You can't tell anything happened and the memory of the loud BOOM is slowly fading. The price was perfect but even better than that, I truly was not inconvenienced at all.
