He suggested installing an output where he'd knocked a hole in the sewer line and snaked out debris. He assured us he would return the following week to complete the job. He never called so my significant other contacted him when we didn't hear from him. He finally answered and stated that he would have someone come out. No one ever came. We called him and left several messages which he has ignored. I left my issues concerning his improper business practices on his Facebook business page and he replied there. He finally called us and we asked him about coming to an amicable compromise by refunding us the $200 since he didn't do the output installation. We even discussed the service fee of $125, as a compromise. He originally told us the service charge would come of the total price. He refused to do anything to rectify. We are left with unfinished work and property damage. Mr. Washington has a history of this type of behavior. He has several reviews on Google where others have complained about the same issues. He also has complaint on Better Business Bureaus website as well. He should not be allowed to legally conduct business.

One week later, I called again, and he was rude and said he was going to call me, so why was I calling? He talked to the installer and was told that there was not a new tank on his truck. He would get back to me. He did not. I called again that same week and got the same rude person. I was told that they could be there the day I called. As they had not called, I had plans for that day and could not have them. He then said it would be late the next week. The following Thursday, I called, and he said that he was going to call me, and the installer would be there on Friday. No notice whatsoever. I said that his customer service was not very good. He said, and I quote, "We are too busy". So the installer comes and asks me if I am having problems with the toilet. I said yes and explained. He said it can't be, as they had installed 1000. I said yes, I heard that, but this one does not work. He replaced reluctantly. This was possibly the worst company that I have ever done business. Do Not do business with them.
