Not only does Jason general knowledge of all those things so he can provide some direction when something breaks but he is always going the extra mile. He tries to save you money (buy that part on Amazon for instance) He has so many times stopped by and helped figure out a problem (or point in the right direction for service) on days he is not scheduled. My pool is green and they have taken my money and won't be professional in dealing with the situation as I have everything documented and recorded. Stay far away from this company as they don't hold true to their word and don't show up weekly as promised. When they do show up a young boy drops a tablet in the water and leaves. A few weeks later I had another leak and the responded immediately and again did a great job repairing. I mentioned that the timing clock was working correctly and they got the part and came back the same day and fixed that too. Christmas was in just a few days and then I going on vacation for a week. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of before I left for vacation. I will definitly be using them again when I have a need.
