We were the ones requesting updates every time. Wrong pavers were ordered for the deck, luckily my wife was there to report it before they installed them. The plaster (inside finish) feels like volcano rocks; during this process they forgot to plug one of the main drains so we were filling the pool for a whole week until we realized that the water line kept going down each day. I honestly cannot think of anything nice to say besides when we signed the contract, all smiles. Then we learned that we had to submit paperwork to HOA (other companies will submit them for you). They took down the gate, but didnt put it back. You have to get your own sod and irrigation person. We definitely do not recommend this company.

We live in Palm Coast and our pool heater, pool pump - you name it - it breaks down. Just try to find service for all those things. And remember a pool heater has to be service by a HVAC person. Not only does Jason general knowledge of all those things so he can provide some direction when something breaks but he is always going the extra mile. He tries to save you money (buy that part on Amazon for instance) He has so many times stopped by and helped figure out a problem (or point in the right direction for service) on days he is not scheduled. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order. The pool was never cleaned properly and the walls were always brown. Every time the tech left the vacuum cleaner had to be put back together. He would not even make sure it was working properly. This company cleaned my pool for approx 3 months and the last time the payment was to be taken off my credit card it had expired. It took me 3-4 days to get another card on file. Well they didn''t show up that week for cleaning and got an email this morning that they could no longer service my pool with no reason. i wouldn't recommend this company to clean my pool because it is never correct and clean when they finished.
