We have a small lot on the Palm Coast canals. Dillion helped us identify the best pool we could shoehorn into our lot. Their supplier, San Juan Pools, has a huge selection to choose from. We made a few changes along the way and received revised quotes quickly. They made several recommendations when were unfamiliar with a feature. The did not try to upsell anything. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order. This is now the second time I have contacted Red Rhino for a leak and ultimate repair of my pool…read more The first time a few years ago were three main drain areas that were leaking and had to be replaced. They did a very professional and thorough job on those areas and they're still good today. The new leak today was found as a small crack on the inside of my skimmer wall. Never would've even thought to look in there, but it was emptying the pool down a fairly significant amount every day. The leak detector gentleman came out and did a very thorough job over several hours and found the leak. He didn't stop there though as he continued to check the rest of the pool to make sure everything else was fine. They were able to schedule the repair the following day and that gentleman came out first thing in the morning and started in on the process that lasted into the afternoon. Overall, a very professional group and a great repair job this time as before.

We live in Palm Coast and our pool heater, pool pump - you name it - it breaks down. Just try to find service for all those things. And remember a pool heater has to be service by a HVAC person. Not only does Jason general knowledge of all those things so he can provide some direction when something breaks but he is always going the extra mile. He tries to save you money (buy that part on Amazon for instance) He has so many times stopped by and helped figure out a problem (or point in the right direction for service) on days he is not scheduled. You couldn't ask for more from someone! I remember a line from a movie that fits him "you would be an idiot to use someone else"
