This is now the second time I have contacted Red Rhino for a leak and ultimate repair of my pool. The first time a few years ago were three main drain areas that were leaking and had to be replaced. They did a very professional and thorough job on those areas and they're still good today. The new leak today was found as a small crack on the inside of my skimmer wall. Never would've even thought to look in there, but it was emptying the pool down a fairly significant amount every day. The leak detector gentleman came out and did a very thorough job over several hours and found the leak. He didn't stop there though as he continued to check the rest of the pool to make sure everything else was fine. They were able to schedule the repair the following day and that gentleman came out first thing in the morning and started in on the process that lasted into the afternoon. Very Professional business. I called made an appointment in a timely manner, which wasn't expected. They sent a super nice technician out to check out pool for a leak. It was a very thorough exam of all the ins and outs of the pool itself. Not only did they find a leak they showed me exactly where it was and how I could see it. Once that part was done the gentleman (Cash) set up an appointment on when they were available to fix it. The wait was not very long. Another very professional gentleman came out and explained everything they had to do to fix the leak. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. I was able to pay my invoice (which was reasonable) before he left. What a pleasure it was to find a company that still conducts themselves in an amazing way. These Pool Leak Experts are just that.., EXPERTS! Cash Jones, assigned as my leak investigator, notified me several times of his arrival, explained the entire/lengthy leak investigative process & couldn't have been more personable! Everything he did was on video, which he reviewed with me and sent via Email. A more complex report will follow. Relatively good News... the skimmer was the culprit, to which he adhered some pool adhesive to. It's only a temporary fix but I was also provided the lengthy/costly permanent alternative. Our pool was losing water daily. No question I had a serious leak. Called a recommended leak detector and never heard back from them. Found Red Rhino in a google search. They answered the phone, gave me an estimate and set an appointment. Matt from Red Rhino came yesterday checked my entire pool, found the leak. He was polite and respectful. I am thrilled with this company and highly recommend. The leak has been temporarily fixed and have an appointment for Red Rhino to do a permanent fix.
