Coordinating schedules for school, work, and appointments was stressful enough, but as soon as we got her car back, it broke down again and required a tow. Her insurance company assigned Lee's Towing, and while the initial interaction with their staff was fine, what happened next was completely unacceptable. The vehicle was simply dropped at a large dealership, keys left in the car, with no effort to communicate with the dealership's service team. This was on a Friday around noon--well within business hours. We patiently waited for a call from the dealership on Monday. When no call came, we followed up on Tuesday, only to learn that the dealership had no idea the vehicle had even been dropped off. They couldn't locate it. We had to physically drive there and search the massive lot ourselves. Eventually, we found the car, pulled the keys from the ignition, and handed them over to the correct service team--something that should have been handled in the first place. This lack of communication added several unnecessary days to the repair process. When we communicated this issue to Lee's Towing, their response was dismissive at best: "Did the vehicle make it to its destination?" They showed zero concern for the fact that the keys had been carelessly left inside and no coordination was made with the service team. Bottom line: Lee's Towing does not care about customer service, communication, or ensuring a secure and professional hand-off. If your insurance company assigns them, say no. They are not professionals; it seems like they are simply focused on rushing to the next job and making a quick buck, with no regard for your time, situation, or peace of mind. Don't use them.

He drove off so fast, purposely trying to make me miss lights to lose me and turning and driving literally recklessly with my vehicle on the flat bed and another vehicle pulling. My vehicles destination was less than 10 miles away. Since he lost me, I went ahead and pulled up to the location. It took him 40 minutes to get to the location with my vehicle. He drove my vehicle for obviously 20 minutes away, on the highway and 20 minutes back to my location. So he passed my location to drop another vehicle off first. By the time he arrived with my vehicle, the service department was closed. He showed up with a nasty Attitude that felt very discriminatory because I had done nothing wrong to him. He threw his phone through the drivers window of his truck and it went out the passenger window to the ground. He was upset because I asked him to park the vehicle by service, since it was inoperative. I will never use that service again!!! He even slammed my vehicle in park, once he got it off the truck. Not to mention that when he lifted my vehicle on the truck, at the original location, my front wheels were straight. By the time he dropped it off, my front wheels were turned to the left from him driving so reckless. He peeled out of the parking lot. No thank you for choosing us to tow your vehicle or anything.
