May 26th the water pump on our only work truck started to leak. Rather than risk over heating it or the leak get worse, we dicided to use our Allstate roadside assistance and they sent Mr. Nice Guy Towing from Clio to pick up our truck. The driver said we should leave before him so that he wouldn't get to the address before we did so we left and took the express way home. Almost to our exit, the tow truck passes us and we see our vehicle has no safety chains and is being held only by the winch he used to load the truck. We both stopped at the light exiting the express way and when the tow truck moved forward, our full size truck rolls off the back of the tow truck towards the little car behind it, continues to the main road and pulled over. We found the truck was sitting on the drive shaft, it pulled off the counter weight and later had the truck inspected and found out the carrier bearing and pinion bearing were ruined too. He reloaded the truck, still no safety chains but atleast put the truck in Park this time and continued the tow. He apologized, said his company doesnt work like that and said it would be fixed. We got through Memorial day weekend and called the office Tuesday morning. The owner said his driver tried calling us all weekend, laughed when he heard the vehicle they damaged was a 95Ford f250 deisel. We spent thousands on this truck. Its our work truck. Without this truck we don't make any money and cant pick up jobs. All communication we had with the owner was extremely unprofessional, he never apologized, he laughed and disregarded the situation, he lied to the insurance company and denied being responsible. USE THIS TOW COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Any damage they cause, will be disregarded and you'll be left holding the bill. This company cost us Thousands of dollars. Record any and all conversations with them and leave your dash cam on. Youll need it when he starts to threaten you for leaving any negative reviews and he continues to deny any wrong doing. -Trucks using safety chains dont lose the vehicles they have secured.- read more

My tire blew on the side of the road and two amazing workers (didn't catch their names) saw and offered to help. They replaced it with the spare and let us know of nearby companies that could get us a new tire before heading on their way. Don't have them tow to there lot. They will change unreasonable rate to get your vehicle out. Over $1,000 for 2 days and 10 miles.
