I stopped by a couple of days ago in hopes to find some w231 or HP-38 about 15 minutes before they closed. They have very good selection of powders and a nice gentlemen running the store. I also picked up some small pistol magnum primers. I will be returning for all my powder and primer purchases. I also want to spend more time in the store to further explore their inventory. Definitely my favorite shop and probably the only shop I'll be visiting from now on. I missed muzzle loader season last year because I couldn't find flints. Eventually found some online but took 3 months because they had to be shipped from Europe. Turns out they have everything, and I mean literally everything, not just for muzzle loader. Beautiful guns! This is the first time I ordered anything from this place and it will be the last time. I placed an order with them online about some bullets that was showing in stock added to the shopping cart. After I have paid and received an email confirmation about the order and waited a few days and none reply. I do understand everyone is busy with the online business but at the least reply to the customer and let them know the status. Instead I have to initiate an email to ask what happen and that is when I was told by email a day later that it was out of stock, and they have no idea when it will be in stock again. Again very short with the email, no apology what so ever. So if it was out of stock why would you accept the credit card payment and wait till the customer email and ask about the order? I have received an email about the refund a couple of days later, but my bank statement never show a refund status in my account. What kind of merchant will be acting this way? If the credit statement email was send that credit that transaction should also apply to the credit the same day. Trying to support the local Mom & Pop stores, but no thanks I will shop with an online merchant that have more motivation than someone that is So-So in their attitude, if they act this way with a new account and a new customer, what will they do if there is any type of warranty issue arise? read more

I'm new to reloading, so when a friend of mine at work told me about 10 Ring and it being close to my office; I couldn't wait to check it out. Customer service was awesome, there was a lady there that was more than happy to help, answering all my questions and if they did not have something she pointed me to another company nearby that might be able to help. There was no pressure at all...she even looked up some specs for me in the books they have. I sent a gun to them for a transfer. The box was heavily damaged in shipping. So they still signed for it even though the gun was heavily damaged. If they would of simply refused it the insurance would pay for it. Instead they just signed for it and then say they where sorry they did not look at it. So I get stuck paying 800 dollars for them to damage my gun and then want me to pay to have it sent back. Watch out for these guys. read more
