Ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. Specifically went there to order it and asked to leave the pizza in a little to crisp it up. The pizza was so doughy I had to finish it at home...order 10 wings that were 1/2 raw and needed to be finished at home. Not sure how they stay in business...never coming back read more

This is a really good pizza place. They are super friendly, the prices are reasonable and the pizza, the cheesesteak's and all the Sammy's are absolutely delicious They have specials almost everyday. Good parking and they also deliver. The place is like most pizza places in that you can see where they make the pizza, the ovens and there is a little refrigerated glass display case with desserts. There are a bunch of tables you can sit and eat. If you're in the area, give em a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

Fairly new place. Opened earlier this year I believe. I always love to try new places, especially Italian joints. Got my usual go-to's - antipasto salad, Italian sub, pizza with the works. Most times I'll try a pasta dish as well, but there wasn't a huge selection here. Maybe five options at most? And they didn't come with a side salad or bread or anything. Didn't see a whole lot of value there considering the majority of Italian restaurants in town include those. Antipasto salad was seriously lacking in meat. Also, the description said it came with green olives. That was legit a selling point for me. Olives of any sort (black or green) are a welcome addition to any salad. I was pretty hyped only to be let down when I realized they forgot to include them. As an added bonus, they forgot to include my dressing as well. Joy. The Italian sub was woefully disappointing. All bread, no bite. Even after trying my best to gussy up this sandwich, it still looks.. .so unappealing. Where's the lettuce? The onion? Hell, the meat? It's such a bare bones, half-assed attempt. So many better Italian subs in Berks. I'd say their sandwich was more akin to the lunches those wives packed their construction worker husbands in the 1950s in those tin lunch boxes. As for the pizza, well, it was good. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Hell, if "pizzeria" is in the name, you best be sure you can deliver in that regard. The crust was actually really crispy, which is a rare win for 10 West. Crispy and thin. Can't knock it. Toppings were plentiful. Could have probably used more cheese. But I'll give them props for using fresh mushrooms rather than canned. You see more and more pizza places using canned. It's disheartening. 10 West will fill a niche for certain locals. It's one of those places that's right smack dab in the neighborhood and if you're a family living nearby and have to get dinner in a pinch, you ask your spouse, "Eh, I'm too tired to cook, wanna just order from 10 West?" It won't be your first choice, but it's there, so for those nights when you're feeling lazy and want the very bare bones definition of Italian cuisine on the fly, 10 West is there for you. read more

I would love to give them a 4.5... but their pies are so good, I had to give them a 5. Buffalo Chicken Pizza - Perfection. The chicken was buffalo seasoned, the cheese was good, the crust was perfect. This was probably the perfect rendition of a buffalo chicken pizza. Grandma's Pie - The sauce was kind of sweet, but it somehow worked. The seasoning was perfect, the crust again was great. I wish it had some more garlic, and maybe a little heavier on the overall seasoning just to make it smell/taste more like grandma's house.. The fries., ugh. They were bland. the cheese sauce was plain. They weren't salty. They weren't crispy. This needs work. Again, the pies were great. The fries were... ugh. Tried this place for the first time tonight after receiving a flyer in the mail. I would give a 4.5 if I could but rounded up because overall a great experience! Pros: easy order and delivery, great Buffalo chicken pizza and great grandmas pizza. Crust and sauce were delicious. Buffalo chicken was not too spicy and had a good ratio of chicken. Grandmas sauce was sweet and flavorful. Cons: fries were just ok, they needed salt. Grandmas could use some extra garlic. Summary: will definitely try again! Wish they had wings too. read more

I only tried 10 West through DoorDash a couple of months ago and after several absolutely delicious and affordable meals I'd like to compliment them on their food, their dedication to quality and following every single request to a T, as well as understanding one thing their competitors don't... people eat first with their eyes. Receiving food through DoorDash frequently, most places, even VERY pricey ones, don't care about the presentation and packaging of their food. I often get food so sloppy, messy and unappetizing that I'm shocked by how little they care about the fact that someone has to actually WANT to eat their food. Places spend millions taking "beauty shots " of their food...only to send me cold, squashed burgers halfway out of the bun with condiments mostly on the wrapper and ingredients randomly slapped together. I get food that's barely recognizable as what I ordered. But not so with every single thing we've gotten from 10 West! Not only is their food the best pizza and sandwiches I've had in a decade, but it's lovingly prepared and packaged so carefully, and indeed ARTFULLY, that it looks amazing when it gets here... every bit as good as if I were sitting in the restaurant! And the attention to detail is fantastic! I ask for light sauce on my pizza and they do it... every single time I request it. Their pizza is the best I've had in Berks County in seriously a decade (their pepperoni totally hits!. The cheesesteaks... oh my, I forgot how really great steak with just some sautéed onions and American cheese hits the flavor jackpot... nothing else is needed but they'll do anything you want... but oh man, I really recommend just trying their cheesesteak with sautéed onions alone. Nice people small place and cool inside on a hot day Off the ave at a light, back by the RR tracks There pizza is a thin crust pizza, has a good tasting dough and a somewhat sweet sauce I had meatballs on top, tasted so fresh Italian sandwich also good, the bun is one size and is semi soft with a good taste and chew, it didn't fall apart on you Meats sliced fresh and you can taste the difference. Only thing is for the price they could put more inside them It's worth the stop by and I'm definitely going to try other items as they make from scratch I'm told so everything is made fresh, so... give them time to get your orders ready It'll be worth the wait ! read more

I placed an order for the vegetarian pizza. The description listed broccoli,spinach mushrooms,black olives,onions & tomatoes, sounds yummy right,but what I received was a pizza with no broccoli, no spinach, and they added green peppers so many green peppers maybe to make up for the missing ingredients, so disappointing. Maybe it was a new cook who didn't read the ingredients. I don't recommend ordering this pizza read more

We were turning around in the nearby parking lot and spotted this fun little pizzeria. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and chose 2 different types of pizza slices. Great crust, great sauce and simply a delicious pizza. It's always very obvious to me when an establishment takes pride in the food they serve. WELL DONE! read more
