If you're planning on purchasing a car from these guys, I would strongly urge you to reconsider. I would urge you to do your research on these guys before you move forward. Do not be persuaded by the well-kept Facebook page nor the truthless and unreliable promises of their contract about fixing the issues with your vehicle. I paid $5000, MR Onassis Martinez, for the car on May 10th, It took 10 days to receive the car after purchase. I called daily for updates; I was told the car is not ready. A week after finally receiving the car it dies while reversing out of my driveway. I messaged MR Martinez about it, I was ignored. A week later, the car is squeaking sound and leaking fluids. Again, I try to contact MR Martinez I send photos and videos of the visible issues but to no avail, I was ignored. Because of the constant issues and lack of reply I showed up with the vehicle. Multiple promises were made. I was told to schedule an appointment for the following Sunday, when I told him I couldn't wait for another week he suggested we could bring it to any shop and let him know the problem so he could cash app the money to fix it. because of the severity of these issues, I brought the car to a shop the same day. several problems were discovered totaling close to $3000. Again, I sent him photos and messages of the shop's findings, that the shop told me the car shouldn't have passed inspection because the ball joints were giving out soon and needed to be replaced. Out of the most detrimental of the fixes, I could only afford at the time was $582 for a cover gasket for a valve. Mr. Martinez said he would not pay that much instead offered me $200 and said I needed to pay for the rest myself, money which I never actually received from Mr. Martinez. I paid the full amount myself. May 31st at this point I'm deeply discouraged. With the constant issues, I feel like I'm living a nightmare. The constant run around, being constantly dismissed, ignored, and manipulated, truly wore me down. I attempted to return the car I'm told of the no return policy, and I mentioned that the contract states also states "we do not refund cash back if your vehicle needs repairs, it will get done!!". On June 13th Mr. MArtinez tells me that he will take a look at the car but only if I take down a previous review. After all our previous encounters, also read multiple reviews from other buyers complaining that he would hold their car for weeks on end; only to not fix any of the issues. I needed assurances I ask for confirmation that the car would get the proper care that it desperately needs and if it did not, I would report him to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Mr. Martinez tells me not to bother bringing the car in, that for the record he doesn't have to fix anything, he felt threatened. I assured MR Martinez that it was not a threat sir, I'm just tired of the runaround. That the BBB exists to protect consumers from a business that consistently shows bad practices. After that, I receive no more replies to my calls or messages. Two days later the car no longer turns on. I had to spend the whole day figuring out how to bring it to a repair shop because it had an alternator problem. I had to pay $480 to fix it. The first time they turned over the car, 3/4 tires didn't pass inspection, 2 were snow tires; rear brakes were rotted; the oil pan had a leak; and the back latch wouldn't hold the hatch closed. PLEASE READ and save yourself $$$$ in the long run!! Typical slippery sales tactics are used here where they will tell you everything and anything you want to hear until you sign and pay for the vehicle and then its all excuses and you are on your own. I bought a 2006 GMC Denali. On the test drive I tried the brakes and the car nearly went off the road it pulled so hard to the right. My son is a truck driver and wanted to drive it as well to make sure there were no issues and we pulled over to switch. The oil pressure dropped right out of sight and we brought it back rather than worry about freezing up the engine. The tires were banana skins, the driver seat was broken, the front bumper was only attached on one side, the rear window was missing a wiper and the front wipers were not working properly. (it rained the day we were there.) Onasis promised to work with us on everything which sounded fantastic. He even extended our warranty to give us a feeling of added security. The tires were a big deal to us and we let him know we would need four, which he agreed to, but said he would just throw on one quick to get it inspected. Im handicapped so its very important to me and my son that Im not breaking down when Im alone driving the vehicle. After paying almost $5000, the dealer kept the car for two weeks to work on all of the things on the list, or that's what we thought. What they actually did in that time was to change the oil and get a sticker after they unplugged the battery due to the codes for the oil sensor among others, then drove the car over 100 miles and got it inspected. I don't think it worked the first time because the car had a couple hundred miles on it AFTER we bought it which didn't really make sense until I was headed home and the engine light came on. I also asked Onasis to provide some fuel as I don't live close by and I got laughing emojis in a text which I didn't take seriously. I got there to pick up the vehicle, it wasn't cleaned, vacuumed, there was an 1/8 of a tank of gas and none of the work had been completed. They also told me they did work that they didn't do like an upper and lower control arm. I took the vehicle and had a complete inspection by my own mechanic and the printout was 3-4 pages long with codes that were faulty. I need an inner tie rod, an alignment, the oil pressure issue isn't fixed, the brakes that they said were completely done were rusty so most likely just threw pads on and that's why its still pulling hard to the right every time I try to use the brakes, and the mechanic said the tires were dangerously threadbare and I would need all four. Funny all the things we already had spoken to Onasis about before signing on the dotted line! He also blocked my phone number when I tried to call and let him know all of the problems. He has not returned my phone calls and when we call on a different number he will pick up and finds out who it is and says he will call right back. VERY SLIPPERY. Ive also seen him try to discredit people that leave honest reviews on yelp by saying he tried to fix it, or they bought the vehicle ages ago. But I wouldn't believe a word if his lips are moving. The only reason I ended up there was the car was on car gurus website that I was searching after a horrific accident where my car was totaled. He knew that, took advantage of a handicapped woman and didn't even blink doing it. The other thing that happened was he asked me if I wanted to transfer my plates. I said yes because I have had these plates over 20 years and they were my husbands before I met him, it also of course saves $$. So, he took my plate information and everything else he needed and then registered it with new plates and charged me to do it. When I brought the error to his attention he blamed it on his secretary. When I went in to pick up my car and he didn't want to fuel it up I made mention of the oversight that cost me a few extra bucks and then the story was that the registry was no longer transferring plates. ***PLEASE READ*** At the end of August, my sister and I were looking for a used, cheaper car, to get us through the school year, because of course we don't have too much money to spare while in school. After doing a bit of searching, we decided to go to 100% Auto in RI, and we ended up finding a 2001 Honda Accord that we liked. My sister and I know absolutely nothing about cars by the way, but we were told that this car was good to go and had no issues whatsoever. The cars total cost came to about $2800 with other fees included, and he told us he was giving us a "deal." After we finally purchased our car, we of course started paying car insurance monthly which was a good amount of money, and the owner Onasis went on vacation which was of course okay obviously; but the next day we called him to touch base because when we went to the RMV in our town, we got rejected to register the car due to the fact that Onasis didn't even sign the title over to us, how unprofessional. He directed us to his secretary because he was on vacation in a VERY rude tone and language. The secretary didn't seem to know what she was doing either. Onasis did not get back to us for a while and left us hanging constantly. The RMV was booked out two weeks ahead due to covid hours as well, so this was just a HUGE inconvenience to me. After we go to the RMV a SECOND time after being rejected and waiting two weeks to finally get our car registered, we get rejected again because there is a ton of issues with the paperwork and title. So, we had to go back to 100% Auto again. I also had to go back to the RMV a total of 3 times overall because they would not accept the title. Something suspicious was going on with it and they could not figure out what the problem was. So the owner, Onasis, ended up taking our car to an RMV near his "business," in RI, and somehow is able to register the car without any issues. We then went back to get the car and realized that there was an issue with the driver side door lock, and a few other things like glass shards coming from the vents when we turned the defrost on. After letting him know and reminding him about the warranty and his promise to fix the car before the warranty is up, Onasis said that he would get it all fixed, inspected, and get a sticker on it. After calling him, because he was not giving us an update on the car after a week, and he said that everything was fixed. We go there and the lock is popped out and nothing else is done but he said it was all set. I'm not sure why that even took a week then if nothing was fixed. The car was inspected and has a sticker so we just took the car home that day. So we then go to drive the car home and on the way back, immediately the car starts smoking under the hood + making weird noises and we just knew something was wrong. This happened on the highway. This was such a scary experience honestly and so unsafe. We had to tow the car to a car place to get it looked at, and pay those fees. After getting the car looked at, the man told us that there was a ton of large problems with the car that we're going to cost more that what the car was worth to even fix it. We were also told that our car definitely SHOULD NOT have passed inspection. Which meant that he likely paid someone to pass our car through, which is illegal and dangerous. We obviously could not afford to fix the car after spending that much on the car. We were told that this car was perfect and running from the start, so we thought that this was in our budget. We didn't know what to do. Also, the title ended up being recovered in the end, which was sketchy. When we finally addressed the problems that the car had to Onasis, and mentioned how he lied to us numerous times about this car he told us to "take him to court." There was a three month warranty on this car, and it took over two months to even get this car back to us. He gets by from scamming people for a living. He knew what he was doing all along. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We are now left with no car, no money, and are struggling. All because this prick wanted to scam two 19-year-olds. I hope you're happy buddy. PLEASE take it from me and DO NOT go here, and save yourself the trouble. Truck ran great for all about 2 hrs. got it on the 14th picked it up on the 21st. 2 hours after leaving the lot (trans fault light came on) aswell as check engine light. hade the codes read. They told me the transmission was over heating along with other issues I took the truck right back to them and they said no problem it's all covered. they hade me drop it off at kelly transmission. where he was so pose to fix the problem well after getting it back i was driving fot a day or 2. (boom trans fault) told them the light came back on and the codes are still reading trans overheating aswell as some other stuff. so I called him back up hes like ur covered but you need to have it checked out. I asked if he wanted me to take it to my mechanic he says "no I do not know how much they are going to charge to me". so now it's been a little over a month now and today my main seal broke causing all my oil to just spew out. NEVER buy from this dealer! I recently bought a 2006 Ford Five Hundred from this dealership. I am 68 year old, have bought and sold many cars in my lifetime and consider myself a smart shopper but this dealership sold me a car that was badly rotted behind the rocker panel trim. On the outside the car seemed fine, mechanically everything worked and I negotiated the price down from the $6995 sticker price to $3600. When I got the car home I washed it and at that point I noticed the trim below both sides doors was loose. When I touch the trim LARGE amounts of rust fell from under the car. I have some mechanical skills so I removed the trim to inspect only to find that the entire length of the Rocker panels from front to back was completely rotted off. The plastic molding was covering extensive serious rust damage . Both sides , under both doors wiggled from the rust. I immediately contacted the dealership and wanted to return the car. They refused. At the advise of the CT DMV, I had an autobody shop evaluate the rust and was given the bad news that not only was the cars rocker panels badly rotted but there were no replacement body parts for this car, the parts would have to be custom made and in their opinion there was no way to affordably fix the damage. I texted the dealership again explaining what the autobody shop had told me and that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that needed extensive repairs . I wanted my money back. They told me to go get the car registered and inspected by DMV, they did not "trust" what an independent autobody shop said . CT DMV does not do inspections for safety. Ct DMV directed me to get an autobody shop to evaluate the car. I did this, I reported to the dealership what the autobody shop told me and still the dealership would not take the car back, would not fix the car , and I am out $3600 . I have filed a complaint with the Mass Attorney General against this dealership. I got taken by them. They DO NOT stand behind their cars, their warranty or their word. RUN away from them read more
