Pros: parking is good, smells good, they give u a heating bags for your neck, massage itself is ok, but other massage places work more of your body when u get the foot reflexology service. Cons: cold AF, too bright in the massage room, loud, too many distractions, kids running around, prices were higher then most reflexology places. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I don't know if it's because they were short staffed or whatever but my massage therapist got up 4 times to go outside to the reception desk, while in between taking TWO phone calls in the middle of my massage. Every time they got up, they would open the door and the light was blinding me right in the face. I think my massage therapist saw how annoyed I was and finally closed the curtain and gave me an eye mask. It wasn't just my therapist either, my boyfriends therapist as well got up just as much. So a total of 8 times between the 2 of us. They also switched my therapist in the middle of the massage and they were non stop talking to each other and I was totally taken out of relaxation. I honestly never got to the relaxed state I usually come to these places for. Once I paid, I honestly didn't tip them at first but then the lady had the audacity to say something so I gave her 10 bucks (she still looks offended and made an off handed comment) cause I didn't want to deal with telling them off cause I totally would have but it just wasn't worth the energy. I just told her she is lucky she got that and walked out. I will need to go get another massage somewhere else now as I am more stressed out then I was going in.

The front desk lady wasn't the nicest - she had an attitude with one of the masseuse and was quite rude to her so that was off putting before we even started our treatments. Shortly after sitting down, I was brought in for my massage. I opted for the deep tissue and it was pretty good! I've had a couple of better massages in the Sugar Land area but I could tell my masseuse worked really hard to give me a good massage and adjust to my needs. For the first half of the massage; there was no music but that was turned on halfway through. I will say that it's pretty crazy to charge $10 extra for aromatic oils, on top for the $75 hour long massage. My friend really enjoyed her facial, so I'll likely try that next time.
