This morning while I was at work the lot called my phone lying saying that my son did not have any insurance when I sat there all day with him two weeks ago and added him to my auto insurance policy with this car lot on top of the dealership I have as lienholders making my policy over $800 more than what I was paying for my vehicle. Then to make matters worse they came into private property in a enclosed garage that states no one besides the tenants, landlord and employees are allowed in the garage to repossess my son's charger when he is not late on any payments. I am the person who is responsible for the closure of CleanCars of Nashville and American Car Center in the United States. Do not try to scam people when they have the power to close you down forever. I am coming for my son's money.

The service advisor Amy Brown provided dishonest customer service work performance. It's Nissan's job to "lie" and tell you things are wrong with your car just so they can make a sell and get "commission pay" that's exactly what the service advisor above did. I didn't agree on the services that were provided nor was certain services that was performed on my vehicle. Amy mentioned that my left side clip axle had came off and that's what the trained Nissan techs were going to fix, however on December 24, 2025 the same left side clip axle has came off again after Victory Nissan claimed they fixed the axle. I was driving on the interstate in Nashville when my vehicle shut down completely due to the clip axle coming off. I immediately contacted Victory Nissan in which I didn't get a response due to the holidays, I called back on December 26,2025 and spoke with Amy explaining to her what happened and she says how I can get my vehicle towed to Nissan so they can check the car and fix the issue. Towing services are expensive in which I can't afford and since this was a Nissan service failed issue Nissan should've offered to have my vehicle towed to the shop to get fixed. As of now I don't have a car at the moment due to Victory Nissan not properly providing a service in which I paid for. The management and service has been poor and horrible ever since the old owners Action Nissan sold the company. I've had bad experiences at this location from services advisors Nick Amy and property manager Glenda I won't be returning for no services moving forward.

I called Friday for an update, and he said I was next in line and to not call back as he would call me as soon as the diagnostic was done. I stressed that I needed my car that day as I know they're closed on the weekend. He never called that Friday, so I left a voicemail to call me ASAP because I needed my car for the weekend. When they opened again Monday, the morning came and went with still no call, so I dropped in. He said he never got my voicemail nor recalls talking on the phone, yet miraculously had an update on my car -- to which I wasn't notified until this drop-in. He proceeded to tell me my coolant pump was leaking and it was entirely empty of coolant when they checked it, so they ordered a new pump. After taking yet another lyft home, I received and read through the mechanic's inspection which said there were NO leaks and the coolant was at a good level. I called back asking for clarity, to which the guy backpedaled on what he said as I gradually corrected him against what was said in the mechanic's notes. He finally admitted he never read the notes. I just wasted a lot of time and Lyft rides due to the bad communication, so I urge people to read the inspection and repeatedly call/drop in if you insist on using this auto shop.
