I felt comfortable asking questions about the process as well as the car I was leaning towards. I appreciated their honesty for each question I asked. They did not make me feel silly or like a burden with my questions like I gave at other lots.

I bought the car with my girlfriend and they never once remarked on us buying the car together or said anything about us being gay. I also went in with a certain car in mind, and ended up purchasing a different car on the lot just because it was better and more what I wanted! They have great, transparent prices on their cars, all the staff are friendly, and as a woman I felt comfortable buying a car there. They never tried to coerce me into getting whatever they wanted to sell (like has happened at big corporate car lots) but let me look around and test drive what I wanted. Would 100% recommend buying a car from them and will 100% be back when its time for a new car Also they definitely worked to get me the best loan rate! I have a decent trans union score but my girlfriend didn't have one, so Mark worked for a good amount of time to find me something better than what I'd brought in :)

John found us the best interest rate, and warranty price for our car. He was also transparent about pricing and his commission, and this was the first time I've experienced that. Crazy right? My husband and I left feeling really good about our decision to buy here. Also, the 2018 SUV I purchased is in pristine condition, and I imagine they hold a high standard for what used cars they will and won't sell. We went to at least 5 dealerships to find a car, and nowhere else were we able to find a car in great condition for a price that didn't make us wince. The kind staff and warranty option were the icing on the cake!

During the test drive it ran great, so I completed the purchase. About halfway home, the check engine light came on. Because the vehicle wouldn't pass emissions, I brought it back. I was then told the problem was related to Jeep's cylinder head warranty program. The repair itself was covered under warranty, but the replacement cylinder head was on national backorder with an estimated wait of three to six months. I was shocked that the vehicle had been sold to me in that condition. The Jeep also had other issues that should have been addressed before it was ever put on the lot. It was missing lug nuts on some of the wheels, and although it had been lifted and fitted with oversized tires, the gearing had never been changed to compensate. Sixth gear was essentially unusable because the engine would lug at highway speeds. To their credit, they did provide me with loaner vehicles while we tried to figure out a solution. Once it became clear the warranty repair wasn't going to happen anytime soon, they agreed to take the Jeep back and put me into another vehicle. Unfortunately, that's where my experience became even worse. Despite selling me the Jeep with a warranty issue that surfaced immediately after purchase, they significantly reduced what they credited me on the trade because the vehicle was now "broken," even though the repair was a factory warranty repair that ultimately wouldn't have cost them anything once the parts became available. The trade itself also created another problem. For a period of time during the transaction, it appeared on paper that I had two auto loans simultaneously, which negatively affected my debt-to-income ratio and resulted in a substantially higher interest rate on the replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle was a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI, and unfortunately the problems continued. After owning it for a relatively short time, the ignition switch failed. That's when things became extremely unusual. Volkswagen's ignition and immobilizer systems are tightly controlled because they're a critical part of the vehicle's anti-theft system. Replacement ignition components generally have to come through Volkswagen and be matched to the vehicle so the key fobs and immobilizer function correctly. When my repair shop began the repair, they discovered the ignition switch installed in my car was not identifiable as a Volkswagen part. The situation became so unusual that they ultimately had to work with Volkswagen engineers in Germany because the component that came out of my vehicle did not appear to exist in Volkswagen's parts history. The technicians were genuinely puzzled by how the vehicle had been configured and how it was functioning with those components. I was never given a satisfactory explanation for why a factory anti-theft system contained components Volkswagen itself could not readily identify. Years later, when I eventually sold the Passat, I discovered there was also an odometer/title discrepancy. The mileage reflected in the title history did not match the vehicle's odometer records, which negatively affected its value and complicated the sale. Individually, either issue would have been concerning. Together, they left me with serious questions about the vehicle's history that I was never able to answer. I can't say exactly what happened before I owned the car, but I do know that I ended up with a vehicle containing unexplained ignition system components that even Volkswagen could not readily identify, along with documented mileage discrepancies in its title history. I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was easily the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Between the Wrangler, the trade-in process, and the issues that later surfaced with the Passat, I lost a significant amount of money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Global Motorsports.

Clearly that was not the case. I brought it to their attention and was then pressured to take another vehicle until the repairs could be made. Reluctantly I took the care. I had the car for 2 days. The day the swap for the originally reserved vehicle was to be made someone backed into the car while parked in the parking garage at work. I had the insurance through Flexcar as required. I was told the cost would be $910 minus the $500 deductible, so I would get $410 back. The tech assured me he was taking care of everything and there was nothing else for me to do despite me asking repeatedly. 5 days letter I got an email saying my contract is being canceled and they're going to charge me $2750 for the damages because the insurance was now void. Customer service claims that each incident is reviewed individually but clearly that is not the case. When I asked why the original $910 was not taken from my account like it was supposed to be on that day I was told there was a "glitch in the system". I asked if that glitch last for 5 days and was told yes. I said if each case was individually reviewed there's no way they could say I was the one who was negligent. I have filled a BBB compliant because this is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
