Nothing crazy, but Jeff in the service department went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner, and over communicate when things were ready. He delivered great customer service. Important preface - I'm generally "anti-dealership", so a 5-star is not only high, it's an indication that they have overcome my disdain for dealership service (and restored my faith in humanity's commitment to going above and beyond!). I'm a little late on the review, but last summer I had multiple issues with my Cadillac Escalade. Not only did the dealership fix all of the issues completely, their service was friendly, patient, and compassionate. Bryant Powers in particular took immense measures to deal directly with my insurance company and the responsible party for the repairs to navigate through red tape that most service repair shops would have considered the owner's problem to deal with - a reality that in this complex instance would have left me overwhelmed and I likely would have never been able to get the outcome...I was considering having to pretty much give away my vehicle before Bryant stepped in and saved the day (along with my sanity and my vehicle!)! Where do I start, bought a used vehicle and was promised with a handshake (Shane Lawson shook my hand) that some items that was not working would be repaired. I asked if I needed this on paper and he informed me that I looked like a Good Ol Boy and his handshake was as good as a piece of paper. Two months later and here is my experience with this company. Most there are liars, service manager and service department are incompetent of fixing anything. They will break it even more and then blame you. When I was asked to pick my vehicle up after the repairs was finished the first time, I arrived there and started the car to find a VERY loud noise coming from the engine department. After further inspection discovered it was the new A/C compressor that they replace in their service department. So, they replaced it again, and then again, then they sent it to another dealership (car I was buying was not a Cadillac) due to still having A/C issues. When I spoke with that dealership which is Two Rivers Ford, they informed me that the car had 4 times the amount of oil in the A/C system and was overcharged. I picked it up and drove it for 2 days and A/C system was still having issues. I called and left multiple messages with the sales department for weeks. No return call. Finally, I got someone on the phone and told them my issues. They were able to get in touch with the salesman (Shane Lawson) and he finally returned my call. He then did give me his cell number so I could contact him easier. I was then instructed to drop the car back off at the ford dealership. Picked it up a week later, A/C was working, went to drive it the next day and car has no a/c again. I called back to Ford and was informed to call the service director at Cadillac. I did just that and spoke with Donnie Holder. Bad mistake for me, I informed him that the A/C is still not working, and he asked me what I wanted him to do about it, I was shocked, I told him that I do not know, I just need it fixed. He then raised his voice and turned really rude, saying that it's my fault I bought a used vehicle. I informed him that on a handshake the A/C was supposed to be fixed. I tried to let him know that we do not know if the problem was caused by his tech's mistakes or if it's the original problem that it was there for. He did not care; told me he is done and will not be putting any more money into my car. I then got pretty upset, and he hung up on me. I then called the sales department back and spoke with Shane and he informed me that they will no longer be working on my vehicle. I asked to talk to someone else in charge. I was told that the General Manager "Joey Pugliese" will be calling me later. Which he did, I started by informing him that his service director was very unprofessional, and he a told me he listened to the phone called and agreed. Then we discussed my situation, we argued a lot and he told me that they told me at the time of buying that they would replace the A/C compressor, and they did just that and they are not going to do any other work to my vehicle. He asked me if the a/c worked when I picked it up, I said yes for a day or two, he said see it was fixed. I informed him that the deal was that the A/C would be fixed, not just the compressor replaced. We didn't know what was wrong with it at the time so why would I agree to just the a/c compressor replacement only. We argued some more and after some time he offered to buy the car back at wholesale. When I asked can you not give me what I paid for the vehicle and he said no he will not, he will give me wholesale price only. Why would I sell it back for anything less than what I bought it for? He then emailed me the paperwork with the sold as is attached. I then called Ford to get my car repaired since Cadillac will not and I need my a/c working. Was told that due to all the issues Cadillac caused they will no longer work on my car. What am i to do now? I would not trust this dealership due to my experience from them. Had an issue with a repair that Andrews service handled and did an unacceptable job on that needed to be repaired again for which I was charged. Not only was I charged again, the cost was twice as much as the estimate they provided. After going around in circles with the service manager as she continued to make up stuff on the fly, the conversation became very unproductive. I was told the GM would reach out to me which hasn't happened. Why would anyone want to give their business to a car dealership they can't trust to be honest and own up to their mistakes. Andrew, Instead of talking to your own people to draw your conclusions which is based on their story filled with inaccuracies it might be better to call me. I didn't put in all the details because I didn't wanted to write a book on my dealings with your dealership. Once again you are quoting your own employees story which is just covering themselves. Follow up to previous post. It just did not get better. They were unhelpful and patronizing. We have purchased over 20 vehicles and have never had a bad experience with a car or a dealer until now. I would be happy to try to resolve if you decided to take this seriously. I have bent over backwards trying to be accommodating,. As you know there are many many facts about what happened during the sale and subsequent to the sale and how we were mistreated every step of the way. I am like most people who just wanted to be treated with the same honesty, transparency, and fairness (and the courtesy of doing what you say you will do) that I offered to you. Unfortunately, during my conversation with your office I was told, that this is the first time they have ever had an issue with a car sale and that the dealership does not want to try to resolve it. I recently moved here from out of state and own a pre-certified Escalade ESV. I've been having some issues with the rear window heater popping off. It's been into Andrews multiple times to get it reattached, however anytime the weather changes guess what happens?!? Yep, it pops off. Well this time, my husband was told rudely (and was notated incorrectly in the GM warranty log) that apparently this is happening due to cargo I am hauling and that they would fix this as a 'courtesy' to me. Ummmm...it's MY car and the only cargo I am hauling is my kids! I do not haul "cargo"! Then upon discussion of this point, they refused to modify the commentary to notate the actual facts. So now my car history says the issue is due to me hauling cargo rather than the actual truth. Also, one of the engine mounts broke *again* and the Service Dept didn't even tell us!!! I had to read the report in order to see that! Nor did they bother to check to see that it was covered under the warranty, but rather told me that I had to pay for it. Oh, and, no, I am not offroading unless you consider my driving the kids to school daily and shopping at Costco. And while I understand it may not be possible to get an ESV or even just a standard Escalade as a loaner, each time we are presented with a downright dirty car! Completely inexcusable. Not only dirty on the outside but also littered with someone else's garbage on the inside! Yuck! And best of all they are now telling us that they REFUSE to service my car, and are acting as if we are the problem. Perhaps the owner should seriously look at your staff and give them a major attitude adjustment. Is this how you treat someone who buys an ESV?? Or perhaps it's because we didn't originally buy the car from your dealer??? We couldn't have even bought it from you as we didn't live here at the time. Well, an Escalade ESV is the ONLY car I want, along with what is a typical great Cadillac customer experience. Theres a reason I wanted this car only, but now after being treated like this, I am truly disappointed. And best of all is that since we're coming up on the warranty we were about to get ready to look for a replacement ESV. I can't imagine buying that car from you given the negative experiences. Never had a dealership refuse to mail documents before and was told that they gladly refund my deposit now and give my spot to someone local. Wanted to purchase a used Escalade for my significant other, and I thought where better to buy one then at Cadillac of Brentwood. I thought this would be the place to buy the highest quality used Cadillac. I was wrong. I will let all my friends and family know that live in Brentwood, Franklin, and across the state not to purchase a vehicle from here. Went to test drive a used Escalade last August, and I should have left the lot after driving it. The windshield had a massive crack in it and the ac was not blowing cold. I do blame myself on not passing on the vehicle instead letting them fix both, as my girlfriend at the time now fiancé was excited to have what she expected to be a luxury vehicle. Fast forward 6 months to February and I have it back in the shop again for a thermostat and shutter problem. $1984 bucks later to have it fixed but I understand it's a used vehicle and I did pass on the warranty thinking again it was a higher quality used car. Was not happy about paying 2k after having the car 6 months but again I understand it's used and things happen and again I did not get the extended warranty. I will say the service dept at the Mt Juliet location was very professional which took away some of that sting of that particular interaction. Fast forward a few more months to May. At this point I have had the vehicle 9 months and the ac is not blowing cold again. I call and speak to the manager Scott Alton on Friday May 10th who advises me to bring the vehicle in to let them look at it, and that the service manager Katie would call me on Monday. Dropped the vehicle off on Monday the 13th, and a few hours later we get a call from a service rep saying it will be 1600 dollars to fix the ac. We said we were not going to pay that and that we were expecting a call from Katie. He said he would have Katie call. So now manager Scott Alton and a service rep said she would call us that Monday. Never heard from her. Third time in 9 months this car is the shop, twice being for the ac. The next day I went and picked up my vehicle, never received a call and when I went in to pick it up no one even greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. Great customer service guys. If you felt a conversation with Bryan and Daryl complicated the matter you should have reached out to your customer (me)via phone instead of watching emails transpire that you began between me, Daryl and Bryan. You stated in your email if the issue was not resolved to reach out to you. You saw that it wasn't and never opened your mouth. Also, as I stated to you previously the car not being washed was the big issue. It was the cherry on top of the issues. So, for you to bring it up again makes me think you're trying to minimize the lack of customer service that I received on your end. I took the vehicle to Burnett's automotive in Murfreesboro. They diagnosed the vehicle and said that the valves needed adjusting (not replacing as stated by Andrew's Cadillac). The vehicle has been running fine since then. Completely disappointed with Andrews Cadillac Collision Center. Our family has had body work done here in the past and when my teen aged daughter needed body work on her car as a result of a minor accident Andrews was the only place I considered. After making all arrangements with our insurance co. and Andrews I was told by Andrews to bring the car in and repairs would take about a week. I received zero calls to update me on progress of the repair. I called 8 days later and the part had not even arrived and they seemed to have no idea when it would. I picked up the car (not repaired) and received a call the next day stating part had arrived. 5 days later Andrews called saying repair was completed. Upon my arrival the cracked windshield was not repaired and they claimed this was the first they had heard of a cracked windshield which is un-true because I personally spoke to both the insurance co via telephone and the repair agent IN PERSON at Andrews about this. Additionally to not being complete, the repair was not of good quality (old parts and new parts not aligned visibly). Just very disappointed in quality of work and lack of communication. Not what I expected from Andrews Cadillac based on my previous experience and their reputation. read more

Mr. Andrews, I own 2 Escalades, a 2004 ESV, and a 2015 standard I purchased from you a year ago, used. My wife and are both "car people",and our families have built and raced cars. We are not naive. The 2004, being old, has been well maintained since we bought it new. Your Dealership has done ALL the work on it except for a water pump replacement in Fla, at a Cadillac dealership, and a Pittman arm replacement/alignment done by the Cadillac dealer in Crossville, where I was working. We have all the service records on the car, done by you since we got it in 2004. The records reflect 2 sets of pads being installed. Preparing to take a road trip, my wife had the tires rotated and balanced Tuesday. She was told that we needed brake pads, and new rotors , that the rotors, had been turned down to the point that re-machining them would not be possible. When she replied that the rotors had NEVER been resurfaced,, the service tech reaffirmed his statement. I do not feel I can "rate" this event at this time. Sincerely, William P. My wife received an email for an oil change / tire rotation for $50. Not only did we need those, we also needed a new key fob because a local valet service had lost ours last week. Scheduled the service, mentioned the email and brought it with us as requested. Picked up the car, and not only did they not rotate the tires, they charged an extra $16.95 labor for the oil change plus a $9 "environmental fee". And that key fob, those run around $250. Not very happy with the customer no service from Andrews Cadillac. read more

I called the day of for an oil change and was told to come on down, that it would not be a problem. When I arrived several service employees were friendly and welcoming. I got the oil change, they called me promptly when my vehicle was ready, and allowed me to use a coupon for a discounted rate. First of all, let me say that I have not purchased a Cadillac yet from Andrews Cadillac. I am in the market and have been looking at Audi's, Mercedes and Lexus, Infiniti, GMC Yukon and Chevy Tahoe. Today I wanted to look at Cadillacs. I have owned Lexus and Audi's before but never owned a Cadillac. I was able to get my introduction to Cadillac and Andrews Cadillac from Scott Levin. What a excellent representative of the Cadillac brand and the Andrews dealership. I have purchased 15 vehicles for myself and family members in the last 10 years and have never met a sales professional with so much knowledge of his product. We drove three different styles of Cadillacs and Scott gave me a thorough review of each model and their differences. I was there over two hours and never once did Scott say, " do you want to look at some numbers, are you going to buy today, etc." I never felt pressured to make a decision, instead I left with more knowledge of the Cadillac brand and an appreciation for the culture of excellent customer service at Andrews. While I was there- I asked a gentleman sitting in the service lounge, if he was a happy Cadillac owner. He unequivocally said he was a loyal Cadillac owner and Andrews Cadillac customer. His Escalade is 10 yrs old with 160,000 miles and he wouldn't consider buying anything but a Cadillac and buying or servicing his vehicle anywhere but Andrews. Let me start off with saying this is not to bash the company but to inform you to be careful when taking your car in to be repaired. I brought my SRX in last week to have a service light diagnosed. Paid $120 for this was told two things needed to be done in order to fix the problem. Well with the cost that was estimated I looked for a second opinion. A good friend who has been a mechanic for over 20 years ended up fixing the problem which were nothing that Andrews Cadillac said it was. After I asked for a specific list of what needed to be done, since I did pay for this service from Andrews. I brought this to their service managers attention and was told that sometimes their mechanics make mistakes and note things incorrectly and this is why when they do the repair they inspect it again. Good to know that I paid $120 to have a problem diagnosed but was not told this is not a promise we will have to look at it again when WE repair it. After I asked for a refund, she then informed me that I could bring my car back in for service and have a $100 credit to my service but she could refund me because she has already paid two mechanics to diagnose my car. Really?? After I just paid to have it diagnosed, wrong not to mention but you want me to bring it back to you for actual service. No thank you. So I then contacted Nelson myself asking for his input and my refund for the service, but nope I guess $120 refund to make a customer happy was too much to ask from him. As he stated he agreed with the service manager and they would not be refunding me but I would have a credit of $100 for future service. Needless to say, I will not be back. If I cannot trust them to simply diagnose the problem correctly and note the problem and inform me after I ask what exactly is wrong, why on earth would I take it back to them for an actual repair. So beware of the service department. Sure I wish I had read all these reviews prior to bringing my car in, I would have gone elsewhere myself. **Replying to Mr. Andrews comment below...No you are correct, your mechanics that I paid $120 to diagnose my stabilitrack service light did not create a roadmap. Luckily he did not need a road map since he is very experienced and was able to fix the issue with no problem. I asked for the specific issues causing this light to be on, and remind you this is what I paid $120 for and your mechanics gave a incorrect list, which is why I asked for a refund since I did not get the service I rightfully paid for. Yes you offered me $100 credit toward future service, but that was offered to me from the get go so you have done me no favors. Discrimination, Very rude I scheduled an appointment for 9/20/17 at 12:00PM, I arrived at 11:50PM. When I first arrived at the service location, I was not greeted, then finally 10 min after standing, Bridgette Miller asked if she could assist, I explained what I was there for she pulled up my name and advise, Im not the person who can help she doesn't even work here, and I cannot get to your vehicle today nor do we have a loaner car. I asked why I didn't received a call to inform me, and she states well she no longer work here so the appointment was missed. Bridget Miller was very rude, there a way to talk to a customer regardless to race, she could have apologized but she did not, I drove 40 minutes and missed work for this appointment. Money and time wasted.I feel like if I was of different race I would have gotten better treatment. Her attitude is very unprofessional. WARNING: Terrible - Terrible - Terrible! One of the worst and most costly experiences of my life. My transmission went out and was replaced by Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood, TN, but incorrectly! Their mechanics ignored the Manufacturers Bulletin and put the new transmission in incorrectly which then blew out the Transfer Case. This was after which we were told several times by their Service Advisor that the car was perfect, but just a few days later wanted to charge us to fix their mistake. I had to drive the car from Tennessee to Florida to the Cadillac Dealership with only two wheel drive to fix the mess they made, at another cost to me! I have contacted the owners at Andrews Cadillac and they refuse to listen or to take care of their mistake. This is the short version of the horrible way they did the work and the way we were treated by this company! I have full documentation which has been higher now been forwarded to Cadillac and General Motors. I have been in business for over 40 years and have never seen such a pitiful excuse for a professional (?) business. THE ANSWER FROM THIS OWNER IS A STRAIGHT OUT LIE! WE WERE TOLD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BY HIS SERVICE STAFF/MANAGEMENT THAT OUR CAR WAS PERFECT AFTER THEY PUT THE NEW TRANSMISSION IN. Its time for me to get a car again - and this time I went back to Andrews Cadillac - just to see if anything has changed in the nearly 4 years since I went. And, happily, a salesman came to check on me. He was a young guy by the name of Carter. He even offered me a test drive in one. He was super nice and I eventually told him that I had been in before but not a single person would talk to me. He apologized for that and said that he is the type of salesman that will talk to anyone and has noticed that some salesmen, in fact, judge people by appearance when they come on the lot and use that to determine if they will talk to the person. But, I have to say Carter was different. I still haven't made a decision on whether I will purchase a CTS or not yet - but I had to update my yelp review because he, single-handedly, helped alter my opinion of Andrews Cadillac. I'm still not a fan because that first time a few years ago really made me angry. But he was a great person and I am happy I stopped in now. read more

I live in Kentucky and found several ATS's @ Andrews online that I liked with the red leather interior which I was looking for so I picked one out online and made an appointment to travel down to the dealership later that week. When I got there the car I had been looking at/chosen had some aftermarket black rims on it and I had asked how much more were those and I choose to just have the ones that were suppose to be on it and pictured online put back on. Well after all the paperwork was completed (took over 3 hours and the loan app had already been submitted and approved earlier that week online) I leave the lot to head home, I happen to just think to pull over and get out and check to make sure they put the right wheels (19") back on which were a $895 option listed on the window sticker. Nope they put these little and very ugly 15" on. I head back to the dealership and tell them those are not the rims that I had purchased and they tried to convince me to keep them and I informed them that was not a option, I wanted the rims I had paid extra for and the manager agreed to swap them out with another car on the lot. Which took them an extra hour to swap these out. After owning the car for three weeks (900 miles on the odometer) I get a flat and take it to my local dealership in Kentucky and find out I have a screw in my tire. My local dealer said The tire would have to be replaced due to being a run flat which is illegal to be plugged for $410 but if I would of purchased from them they would replace for free because they give a complimentary 1 year road hazards with there new cars but I should contact Andrews to see what they want to do about it since that's where I purchased the vehicle. I contact Andrews and was told I had the opportunity to purchase road hazard ($600+) and declined so I was on my own. Why would one dealer offer this for free and Andrews charge so much. I understand I did not purchase the road hazard but what I was not told is that My car has run flats and if you run over a nail they cannot be fixed and would cost me 400+ for each tire to replace. Was also not informed that I DO NOT have a spare tire. I work in sales and I understand this is a Issue with the dealership and not the salesman. The Salesman answered my question and told me there policies. So I forward the General manager our conversation and my concerns that there is NO service after the sale and your on your own after purchasing @ Andrews. The General Manager (Nelson Andrews) choose to completely ignore my email and no response at ALL. The whole reason behind purchasing a new vehicle is the piece of mind that you have a dependable vehicle that you wont have to pour lots of money into for repairs. Well three weeks later i'm spending 400+ on a new tire because Andrews could care less about there customer. When Has anyone ever got new tires and it not include some sort of road hazard for at least a short period of time. Especially when my local dealer gives there customers the extra piece of mind with a complimentary one year of road hazard. At Andrews after the sale you are on your own, I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Andrews is all about volume and could care less about the customer. If they don't sell to you they'll just get the next guy. The Sales associate did take good care of me and explained all the featured of the car before leaving and did an excellent job and has followed up with me several times after the sale making sure I understand how to navigate all the technology in the new ATS. My bad experience is beyond his control and comes from poor management of the facility and there policies. read more

I shopped around and frankly bought a vehicle here because of the customer service, knowledge of product and attentiveness of the staff especially our salesman Herman. I was recently sent here from GM for a recalled part on my Saturn. Even tho my car isn't a Cadillac, they still took great care of me and my car! The drop off and pick up process was so quick! I also had to get a battery replacement and oil change done on my car. The prices were very fair. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly as well! They seemed like a real honest service shop, which is so hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them! I didn't experience the sales department, so I can only review based on the service department. Overall I am very pleased with my experience! read more

Yes, I'd say okay. Actually, I would rank Scott Levine as 10 stars out of 5. I've purchased maybe 100 different vehicles and found very few, if any, salespeople as responsive & knowledgeable about his product as Scott. My problem came about as Scott went on vacation after the he/dealership offered me terms on the vehicle I was considering. Monday morning I had emailed him a somewhat lower counteroffer (Difference of less than 1% of the MSRP) and although Scott called me at one point as did someone from the dealership on Monday saying they would work on the deal. I received NO calls or emails after that??? What's up with that??? I did even go ahead and fill out their online finance application and requested they NOT run credit until after we reached a deal. I should have known better, as of course they ran the credit without a deal. I've got to admit I have never had a dealership not get back with me after making an offer so close to their first offer on terms. (We are talking about a $600. difference on a 77K vehicle) Scott Levine is great if you get the pleasure of working with him. -----------------------------UPDATE - 3/24/16 - While the above remains a true account, I have updated my review to five stars. Andrews owned up to dropping the ball on the above & went above and beyond to make it right. Things happen from time to time that shouldn't, even at the best of businesses. For a company to admit their mistake and work to make it right says they do care about their integrity and means a lot to me. Additionally, we made a deal that including the Dealership tinting the vehicle windows after I took delivery of the vehicle. I did not receive anything in writing about the window tint (I know, I should have gotten such but I was in awful hurry) but unlike some Dealership that might try and skimp out on it, Andrews did exactly as they said they would. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Cadillac, I would highly recommend Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood. read more
