Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company. Two adjoining gutters were installed incorrectly and my husband met with the owner to discuss and make arrangements for correction. The owner seemed angry and defensive but agreed to correct it. We were patient and allowed many months to pass and followed up with them several times. We figured we could wait until the slower season in deference to the small business, but hoped to have it corrected before the next rainy season. On the last follow up, we got no response. We can only assume they are blowing us off. The gutter connection referred to was a compound angle. When my husband first met with the company rep (in advance) and explained that the angle was not 90°, they confirmed they could make the cut correctly. My husband even provided a drawing beforehand on how the compound cut. The angle was not cut correctly so one gutter was bent up to meet up the adjoining gutter, creating an overly large gap between the house and the gutter corner. Needless to say, it leaks into the walkway below, which was the whole point of having the gutter installed In the first place. read more

A long and miserable saga of installing a new Tesla Solar roof ended super happily with our 101 Seamless Gutters! Our roofers failed to mention that we'd need to get new gutters when scoping our roof project, so we were very surprised to find out when the project was nearly complete that a several thousand dollar gutter job was necessary with quick turnaround. We found 101 Seamless Gutters on Yelp and within a day, Steve (the owner) was at my house. He not only provided me with a prompt quote for the work, he made sure that we understood the pros and cons of the different materials and designs, gutter covers, etc., and got us on their schedule quickly. The gutters were installed right on time, but supply chain held up our gutter covers for a few more weeks. Steve's business manager, Andi, kept us in the loop every single step of the way, proactively reaching out via phone and email, and we were not billed until the entire job was complete. The biggest storm we've had in 71 years was an epic test of their workmanship and everything performed perfectly. Steve came through! I purchased my house knowing it needed a LOT of work, gutters being on the list! Steve came out in the worst weather and did his thing, the numbers were great on prices and we set the job up. His crew showed up on time and the work was completed as quoted 2 weeks early(hard to find)!! The only thing keeping a 5 star was a lot of nails, rivet stems and screws were left on the ground in my driveway. Knowing better I parked on the street and grabbed a broom. We had all new gutters installed at a cost of more than $20k. More than 1/3 of the gutters don't work, some because of faulty seams and some were simply not installed correctly and the water comes behind the gutter and straight down the side of the house. They sent someone who spent 2 hours trouble shooting and said they would return and never did despite more than a dozen emails and phone calls over several months. This is NOT a reputable or competent company. Stay away. read more

Yelp sent my request to four firms. 101 Seamless Gutters was the second to respond. They came out and within a couple of days by appointment, after I indicated I wanted one. Their estimator contacted me with a quote the same day he came out. They were courteous, completed the project in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. Their price was very competitive and was the deciding factor (their ratings were as good as the other firm who responded first, but who quoted a substantially higher cost). The office manager as well as all the employees I had contact with were very personable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because of a scheduling change which I wasn't told of immediately. The foreman had made the change unbeknownst to the office manager. I would hire them again, which is the bottom line when evaluating a business. Of the other three vendors, one responded immediately but their price was very high. One couldn't schedule an estimate for over two weeks in the future and last one contacted me after I had already decided to go with 101 Seamless Gutters. read more

I was referred to 101 Seamless by my roofing contractor. They responded in a reasonable period. The owner, Steve, came to my site and gave me a verbal quote. It was a small job...new gutter on a new porch. The quoted price seemed reasonable so I told them to do the job. I then waited about a month and a half before I heard from them again. Finally, they showed up and did a fairly good job. It was a pretty simple job...straight cutter on new construction with a downspout. The problem was when I got the bill. It was 55% higher than quoted. When I challenged the bill, I was told that the owner had never provided a quote and never would. They went on to explain that normally, they don't do small jobs like mine and that there were complications with the materials. Well, I did get a quote. The job was very simple...one gutter, straight, nothing fancy and when it was being installed, the installers never said anything about having to add work or materials. Bottom line: Of all the contractors I've worked with, this is the only one who has done something like this...low-ball quote, high-ball bill, no effort to discuss. I was told that what happened when the owner first came on site did not actually occur. I will not work with them again and would not recommend them. read more

We put in a brand new landscape in our front yard and part of the goal of the project was to make the drainage more efficient off the roof. We also wanted to put rain chains in and update the gutters. I called and spoke with Steve who was very helpful and came right out to look at it. He told me that they could update the gutters and install the rain chains and then showed me some nice steel gutter guards that would keep the debris from going into the ponds we had just put in. I was very impressed when I first contacted Milo. He called me back immediately and came out to look at the job the day from after we spoke. He was professional, knowledgeable and seemed reliable. He took time to explain exactly what needed to be done to replace the gutters and make them operational for my older house. Although he didn't have the precise materials or equipment to do this job entirely on his own, he was going to check with another installer and see about doing the job collaboratively. He told me he'd call me back and let me know the outcome. Days went by and I didn't hear from him. I called him back, and still no word. I called once more and again, no response.
