However, I was later charged for additional high-pressure cleaning services that I NEVER requested or approved. While the technician was on site, I simply assisted briefly by turning on the water and observing the process. At no point did I authorize any extra work. Despite this, the company falsely claimed that I personally requested those additional services. When I tried to resolve the issue, I asked multiple times for them to speak with the technician together so we could clarify the situation. I clearly told them: if I truly requested the service, I will pay--no problem. But if I did not, I should not be charged. They refused every time and insisted on blindly trusting their technician without any verification. This is completely unacceptable. Charging customers for services they did not approve and then refusing to properly investigate is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Based on my experience, this feels like dishonest and misleading billing. Use this company at your own risk.

We have done clear lights as well as the holiday style (red, green, white) and get compliments each year from neighbors and passers by! (We like a clean aesthetic so I don't know how much styling they can do if you like to be extra on your display, so you'll have to ask!) They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! Not cheap, but peace of mind, convenience, and beauty never is!

Sean picked up my phone call on a Saturday and quickly had a written bid to me. Greg came Tuesday and spent almost three hours applied a degreaser to the driveway and then pressure washed it with hot water. It took Greg about three rounds of this over several hours, but it looks great. I had texted Sean some "before" pictures and he let me know they could make it look better but that it was not likely they'd get all of the stains out. Greg somehow managed to get ALL of the large stains out. There is just a very faint tire track stain left. It's so much better than I thought it would be. Very impressive! We rescheduled and then the evening before appointment he asked to cancel because he needed a haircut and his appointment was at 9AM and wanted to come later. I could not believe NorCal Dave would evening ask to change appointment for his haircut...WOW! Obviously, NorCal Dave did not want the job. Maybe when he looked that it was in Roseland he felt was not worth it or does not like the Roseland area. Just a story I told myself in my true disappointment with the unprofessional way this situation was treated. I see many 5 Stars for NorCal and sad to say not my experience and that just was only trying to make an appointment.
