The young man there was so very helpful and showed me which blade I needed and even how to replace it. He said I should keep the original for emergencies. I went on my way out of town and my ABS light came on so I stopped at the Tesoro near the Palmer oreillys and the young lady there said that I should check with so and so at oreillys next door if I was unsure about needing brake fluid because I had been lingering at the auto stuff awhile looking confused. I did go next door and the guy was just like my own dad and checked and made sure everything was up to par and put the fluid in even tho he said I probably didn't need it, and explained ABS to me... he went out of his way to be helpful, once I said I was traveling to Tok alone. I truly appreciate customer service like this because it's very rare. If you need anything auto related, and are unsure about what you are in need of or how it affects your vehicle, or even if ur knowledgeable, Go to oreillys auto parts. They treat you like they value your patronage.

Offering advice and tips to make the fixes easier. Buying a battery, the boy behind the counter didn't even wait, he just volunteered to help me and brought my battery to my car without prompt. Yesterday, (I am here... A LOT) An older woman came in, and the staff went out of their way to be sure her vehicle was safe for her ride to Fairbanks (6+ hour drive) The store is smaller than some, but perfectly suiting for our small community. They have never had an issue getting what I needed, and even having to get some.in from Seattle, I still get many things the next day. My store of choice :-D

ADM Machine - Gave us the motor he's been "working on for 8 months" back to us in freaking bags! Beware of this guy.

Matt worked in my crown vic in 2024, he fixed the timing chain and since then I was able to drive…read morethis 26 year old car 30k miles with no major problems and only used a quart of oil in 10,000 miles not counting oil added in an oil change. As mechanic and shop owner, he has done a spectacular job letting me know detailed explanations of how and why a job needed to be done and the cost. He has fixed timing chains in my Hyundai Santa Fe 2006 as well. Same deal, car was having problems and he fixed it and saved me a bunch of money by telling me how to drive it not like a granny and put sea foam into the oil to fix the lifters saving me a really expensive repair. In 2025, he fixed a bunch of noisy parts in my 1996 ford e350 making a car I used to transport a lot of people safe to drive and not sound so loud. Each repair he gave me more mechanical knowledge which helped me save money on the next repair. Overall, in 280k miles on four vehicles I have driven in the last 11 years I have saved $15-$25k on vehicles driving the old cars. If Matt's shop wasn't around there is no one else I could take my vehicle to to get the big jobs done in old cars. Some people say fixing a old car is like being married to your car but they don't realize that the new cars you are trading a much cheaper repair bill for a much high interest and loan and insurance rate. The difference is the bank manager at the credit union you never have to see while the used car repair person requires you to drop your car if and leave it. Many people tell me don't you worry about driving old cars and then braking done? I say that is what roadside is for and as long as you are proactive about maintenance if you are stranded it won't be for something dangerous. And even new vehicles brake down and at $330 an hour for shop rates at newer car foreign dealerships I will pay my sho rates of between $180-189 per hour. Matt's adm machine shop gets my big repairs. But the repairs Matt does on the old cars rmean I don't have to throw away a car after a transmission, engine or differential gets needed repairs. So go to Adm machine for your any repairs on big jobs like engines and such and they do everything else and in between too.

I call for the first time today to check on my motors status because for the last 4 weeks we have been told it should only take 6 hours to finish. I have now had 6 updates pushing us out several more days, several more days, next week, several more days. Today I find out he hasn't even touched it! HAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED IT! I am angry, frustrated and as a mom of 5 with my other vehicle broken I am at a loss. Don't waste your time.

I am going to do one of those reviews. Before you write me off as one of the jerks, look at all the…read morereviews I have written. Feel free to scroll through and take note of how many one star reviews I give. The battery in my car is struggling. Had to charge it to get to work this morning. I lead a busy life. I teach, I grade long English papers, and I coach. I showed up at 6:59. I was walking up to the door of the building and some employee stepped in front of the door and locked it. Then he raised his fingers and said, "this close." And then he laughed and walked away. And I was stunned. To be fair, I didn't know they closed at 7. And had they opened the door and said, "Do you need something quick?" I would have said, "Yeah, just a battery." And I wouldnt have even asked them to do a check on the charge. But they didn't. I turned around and went to my car. Speechless for a moment. But I still managed to take a screen shot of the time on my phone. Even after returning to my car and questioning what I had just witnessed, the time was only 7. If this is their definition of customer service and the way they want to demonstrate their attitude in a new location that's only been open for a few months, well, consider me a customer they'll never have the pleasure of serving.

They were not pleased in me showing up so quickly. He even admitted that he didn't pull the last battery terminal down for me. Luckily I know what they are so I grabbed it. Yes the last one. So I grabbed the stuff needed to fix a battery terminal, to include wire cutters. These people took advantage of me. $64 FUCKING DOLLARS for wire cutter. I was in a rush and didn't bother to check it until I got to the car so I could help my husband. When I seen that I headed straight for Three Bears, $6.99 for wire cutter almost the same size. Fuck you NAPA! I will NEVER use your store again if I can ever help it! I would rather dig in a fucking junkyard then deal with you!!! You even double charged me for the battery terminal. The 'flamboyant' man scanned it twice saying that the first time it didn't ring up. Y'all are fucking thieves!!!!
