I've been going to this gym since 2022. Pretty solid range of equipment, usually all in good working order. Everything you need for a complete workout. Early in the morning or late at night it's not too busy, during daytime hours it tends to get pretty crowded. Locker rooms/showers are decent, but there's been a lot of paper towel trash and such scattered around on several occasions when I go in. They're okay, but not great. One of the main reasons I chose this gym was because it had a sauna. However, it would be nice if it were given a good cleaning once in a while. In the four years I've been here, I've never seen it get a full deep clean. A few spots of the benches are cracked and the heater has broken down on several occasions over the past few months. Sauna needs an overhaul in general, but is in desperate need of a real cleaning. Staff, no complaints at all. The staff is probably the best thing this place has going for it. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but have never had an issue with any of them. Every staff member I've interacted with has been good people. read more

I am new to the gym and this area. I have enjoyed the gym and the facilities very much and have found it clean and comfortable for my liking. I am a disability and I felt very attacked. I have extreme anxiety and depression. I was trying to be by myself every single time I was in there, but I felt very threatened and now I'm trying to get out of my contract that it hasn't been 45 days to complete my contract. They are asking me to pay in full the $87 to get out of this contract even though I have not paid the $54 I have very real paperwork that I am a disability and when I try to prove it to them, they do not believe me so now I have to pay the $87. Terrible place to go. Especially when they advertise $10 a month but then when you sign up turns out its actually $30 a month after their extra charges. Gym was always super crowded when I went and nobody ever seemed to clean up after themselves. Employees would keep coming up to me trying to get me to sign up for personal training or classes even when I repeatedly told them I wasn't interested. They came up to me an average of about 3 times per hour every single time I was there. Then cancelling is ridiculous. I've been fighting with them for 4 months to cancel. They refuse to cancel in person or by phone and their customer care department never responds to emails. read more

Not worth the Money, and after you have fulfilled your contract after a year they will stick you with another month`s payment with their 30 day notice policy, my advice is get out while you can or don`t join. read more

Disgusted! today was it. i pay on time, i wipe down all machines, I brought them numerous gym contracts. There has been several incidents and they need to retrain some employees. Some are great, some aren't. " one employee says you account overdue but imma let you in today" Well today i woke up 5am and got my preworkout etc down, Then wasn't allowed in the gym as this employee says "account restricted" and gives no explanation. I come back at 8am to get an explanation and another employee says i don't see anything about restrictions etc. Put yourself in my shoes, pays on time everytime, cleans all machines used, doesn't slam weights, to be told not to enter after waking up at 5am after 2 scoops of preworkout. read more

Beware of how painstakingly difficult it is to cancel your membership even after your year commitment.

Do NOT trust them! These people are shady and deceptive. I specifically told the person signing me up in the new location at Fort Smith, Arkansas, that I only wanted to pay for a 30 day membership so that I could check it out to see if I liked the gym. I did not like the gym and never even used it once. I went in to work out and then discovered that they do not provide towels so I left. But I had trusted what the man said and just signed where he told me. Then I find out that he was dishonest and had signed me up for reoccurring payments on a year contract. As soon as I found that out, I went back in and the person at the desk said they can't do anything there so they gave me an 800 number to call. So, I called that and the lady says she will have to talk to her manager and call me back. She never did. Another lie. Then the next week, I get an automated message telling me I need to pay, so I called the 800 number again and this time a manager answered and was very rude. She accused me of lying when I told her that the person at the gym had lied to me. When I told her that I wanted my account cancelled, she tried to extort a $79 fee to do that. I HAVE NEVER EVEN USED THE GYM ONCE!!! And she wants me to pay a fee when her employee was dishonest in signing me up? Very deceptive and dishonest people from top to bottom and I for one plan to spread the word. read more

Solid gym. People are expecting a multimillion dollar gym in a small town and that's why they're depressed and complaining. Nuthin wrong with this gym. Too full? Find another time to go or build yourself a private gym. They have all the equipment you need. Upper body, lower body, core, strength, cardio, whatever you need. They have less people in the mornings, if that's helpful. I switch between mornings and nights, nights are definitely full. Childcare is cool chicks not just cool but your kids will have fun and they're safe in there. They're good with those little honery kids too so if you got one of those they'll be fine. Only complaint I'd have is the tall white chick with a braid occasionally she's there and she's lucky she's tall to fit all that ego and attitude in her. Lots of people complain about her, doubtful they complain to the manager though. Tall white dude occasionally there is helpful, the little Hispanic chick and the redhead chick in the kid area is cool. My daughter like it in there and she made friends there. The thick blonde in there got rbf but maybe that's just her. And if yeall don't like the price then again build you a gym it ain't that expensive right?another thing yall complain about is the trainers being pushy and I'll agree on that part but grow a spine and tell them go away. read more

Great selection of new equipment, clean bathrooms, and the workers are always very friendly. This is a 5 star gym if you never have to deal with canceling your membership. Apparently the billing is all handled by corporate. I was very proactive and sent a written cancelation notice (in February) 3 months before my contract ended (in May) and followed up with the manager every month. I was still continually charged for my membership and my wife's membership after the contract expired. I called and followed up with corporate and they argued with me until I provided my contract and forwarded emails that I sent that they claimed didn't exist. They admitted it was a billing issue on their part and said they would issue a refund. It's been over a month without any word or notification. read more

I really enjoy going to 10Gym. Great atmosphere, clean and good equipment. But whenever you go to the "DRY SAUNA" it never fails that someone walks in and dumps a bottle of water on the heating unit. Can you please get a sign that says "DO NOT POUR WATER ON HEATING UNIT!" It just makes it so hard to breathe and enjoy the sauna. read more

Great place to get a good workout in. Very clean facility and everything is brand new! Monthly cost is not to much as long as you know how to budget your money. I wish the guest you bring could attend a class to see if they like it. Other than that not a bad place to workout at. read more
