Brought my car in for tires, brakes and inspection. Was promised the tires I bought had a rebate (Bull S$%^) no rebate - never was one for what I bought. Bought Cooper Tires with at 65.000 mile limited warranty. They then called me to tell me I had a bad master cylinder and had to keep my car for 4 days.....one of the parts that they put in was bad. So they had to change it out again and charged me for the labor again. Then sent me to their "sister location" Autobots for my inspection, made an appointment, arrived and waited almost 2 hours for an inspection (in an empty shop), while the Receptionist kept going into the shop and under my hood...2 hours later, she told me she needed to replace my battery (what the hell?) my battery was fine. The next day my battery was dead and the battery cables had been loosened almost all of the way.....So 19,000 miles into my tires - I found a bubble (push thru from the inside thru the treads -an obvious manufacturing defect) called 10th Street tire about a replacement and was told that the 65,000 miles isn't a warranty, it's a suggestion and that they would not honor a replacement and that I had no warranty. I just call Cooper Tires and it is covered under the warranty. This place is a joke, a scam and a nightmare with a smile. Just skip the aggravation and bull-crap they try to hand you and go anywhere else. The worst experience I have every had with an automotive shop, completely egregious, incompetent and the words "Money grubbing wh*+es" come to mind. Haven't done a review in a while but this one is well deserved. My car got a flat and the Triple A guy recommended me here. I called a few places and they told me my tire could be fixed in 4-5 days. I called up at 1030am and they got me in at 11 and had my tire fixed on the SAME DAY......WHAT?!? ...and my tires usually need to be ordered because they're a different size then the stock tires and these guys had them here in 4 hours ready to roll. I had to get a tire fixed on a VERY busy day - Black Friday - and 10th Street did it fast, and for less than I anticipated paying, and with excellent service. Joni was so nice and helpful to every customer who walked in - she treated everyone with such care. This could have been a stressful situation - I was in from out of town for the holiday and had to get back on the road - but this was a very pleasant experience overall. My wheels are a gloss white and I was anxious to take them to get mounted and balanced but when I got my wheels back from 10th street they came back perfect. the guys there are friendly and extremely professional they loaded my truck for me which I greatly appreciated. I found this professional and diligent tire shop from it's stellar reviews. I called a few days ago and made an appointment for my Dodge Viper to have my old tires taken off and two new rear wheels put on. These particular tires are extremely wide (345/30 R19s) and 10th Street tire advised they would be able to do them, with the run flats and tire pressure monitoring systems. Upon arriving to my appointment a few minutes early, I was greeted at the entrance and taken to the waiting area (which had comfortable chairs, recent magazines, and television). Knowing that my tires were difficult, I planned on it taking over an hour or more. Within 15 mins, Scott the technician advised me my car was done. Not only did they do a perfect job, they even cleaned my wheels. Not to mention, the price was less then what was quoted over the phone. 10th Street tire has made a customer for life! Had a slow leak in rear tire of my car. I called up to see when they could get me in and told me to just come up they had some time to look at it. Drove up and they got me right in to look at it. Probably took me longer to drive there (which is around 15 min) had tire off and found problem. Fixed and out the door, I will be back there again when need to replace them! They where very honest and not pushy because while I was there they helped another woman who had a tire problem that forced her to get a new tire. They didn't try and sell and expensive tire or buy two tires which most places would! They let her decide and did as she asked not push her to what helps them make a sale! Great people and trustworthy place in my eyes! Will be coming back with my vehicles and even took time to write a review on here to help anyone thinking about going here! 10th Tire is a solid place when looking for customer care and quality. The other day my tire got a flat and my spare had one too. I don't have AAA and was stuck. I took an uber into the shop to get a tire and Eddie the owner completely took care of me. I mean like over an above what anyone would expect. He gave me a lift back to my car, took my tire and brought back a new one with my original rim on it. I was able to put the tire on and drive in an hour. It was awesome. He also took my spare fixed the flat for only $10 and I was back in the game. As long as I'm in Easton, 10th Tire will always have my business. read more

Very disappointed I get there about 11:35 I wait out in the street with my car until they back out the other cars I go to drive in and the technician is like back up back up I go into the office ask to have tires put on and the girl says to me oh please wouldn't you come back at 1 we all have to eat lunch now I was like really.....but anyway don't go there between 11:45 and 1pm cuz they all have to go eat lunch .wouldn't want to disturb them read more

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. They didn't tighten up my lug nuts on my wheels after changing my tires and I didn't bother to check because I was convinced these guys can manage to do something simple like put on a wheel, but no I had to find out on the road when my truck started wobbling out of nowhere.
