A few growing pains here but the staff are rolling with it. The kitchen is turning out delicious plates but could use some mentoring and maybe a little extra attention from corporate to teach them how to get food out in a timely manner, work smarter - not harder, and to jump in and save a guy on another station rather than watch him drown. (Open kitchens remove all doubt when wondering where your food is) To Bernie @ 110 Corporate: take a look at your drink prices. You are wildly over priced for this market. A glass of Oyster Bay which the restaurant buys for less than $5.13 a bottle is selling for $14.00 a glass. Your chain location neighbor is selling the same glass and pour for $9.00. Ouch. Plain food, not made as the menu describes and not worth the price of going out. The pan seared raw tuna was served well done (so well done that it was hard), we sent it back and then it was served cold and partially frozen. The salmon, rice and broccoli slaw was plain, and no sesame seeds as indicated (i did get sauce on side), the maple chicken sandwich had no hint of maple. The kids dinner was great, came with a drink, entree, veggie, fries and dessert. The fried pickles app was good. For dessert, the apple crisp was just ok, not crispy, the brownie had a chunk of peanut butter that was so hard it couldn't be eaten. The server was great and attentive and food came out in a timely manner (we arrived just before 5 so it wasn't busy yet). However, we won't be visiting here again anytime soon. read more

Server was extremely sweet but didn't get my nacho order in and then my cranberry mint martini had no sugar but salted rim and when re made it came back as a blackberry mojito. I'm pretty disappointed after waiting almost an hour for my food and my drinks. read more

Staff was great and the environment was nice but the food was cold. Ice cold fries, cold plain rice as a side and a 42$ ribeye that came out again cold. All four meals at the table were cold. What shocked me was the wait time wasnt unreasonable at all but everything that came out was cold. We've visited 110 in other locations so we knew what to expect and this 110 did not disappoint. Service was excellent. Sky was very attentive and was there for anything we needed in a timely and courteous manner. Food was fresh delicious and served piping hot. I only had a beer so cannot attest to mixed drinks, but beer was cold and refreshing on a hot day. We had no complaints. Looking forward to visiting again. read more

We were excited to see a new option in town for a night out. My family ordered fish and chips, Cubano with brussel sprouts, a cheeseburger, and a kids sliders. The ambiance is cool, clean and freshly modern with a nice outdoor area for chilling. The staff were nice and polite. The food came out relatively quickly but we were quickly and unexpectedly disappointed. The burgers fries were just above warm. The fries on the fish and chips were undercooked soft and room temperature. The fish portion was very small (imagine two tenders on top of each other.). The Brussels were oily and mushy and the burger meat was slightly warm. The best meal was the kids sliders. We were excited about the atmosphere but are still talking about our surprise disappointment this morning.. there are a lot of good options in the area so I encourage exploring. read more

I was happy to eat here because the menu looked pretty good. When the food came out it was just really disappointing. It wasnt the worst food I've ever eaten, but it was not good, especially for the prices they charge. Steak was well done and we ordered it rare. No steak knife in sight to cut it with. The salad was so sad looking, with one tiny piece of goat cheese. We ordered dessert because the meals didn't fill us and the flourless chocolate cake was so tiny it felt like someone was playing a joke on us. There were no spoons or forks given for that either so we just had to take the last piece of dirty silverware off of the old plates still on the table. I'm a server myself so I am overly sensitive to what the server or establishment may be going through, but I will not give this place another shot. There are so many locally owned places in the area that are way better than this. read more

Visited this restaurant on their 11th day open. We had no idea this was a new restaurant that had just opened so I will try to be generous with this review as they work through some kinks. We were told it would be 30 minutes for a table so we sat at the bar and then 2 mins later a table was ready. Once at our table, it took around 25 mins for a waiter to take our drink order. A different server came up and realized we hadn't been waited on and told our server. I think the busser didn't tell the waitress they had sat us. We ordered our drinks and then placed our food order, which consisted of 2 apps to come out first and then 2 entrees. 55 minutes passed and we hadn't received our first course. At one point we saw a waiter carrying our food and take it to the wrong table, realized it was the wrong table, and took it back to the kitchen. When our waitress finally brought out our food, she brought out all 4 plates (our apps and entrees) at once instead of doing separate courses and said that's just how the kitchen did it. This is annoying to me, because I want to enjoy my apps without my main meal sitting there getting cold. However to my surprise, both our apps and entrees were cold to start with! Our server was nice and took them back to be warmed up. Our apps were spinach dip and dill pickle chips. The spinach dip in the bread bowl was delicious but the dill pickle chips weren't good. The batter was a very light colour - it looked like they weren't cooked enough and had come out of the freezer. For our mains we had steak tips and a steak and cheese sandwhich. The steak tips were really good, especially the marinade. The steak and cheese Philly sandwhich looked underwhelming but was good. Our fries (regular and sweet potato) weren't hot at all. All in all, I think this could be a good restaurant given some time, yet is quite pricey for what you get. Our server was very sweet and was doing her best. She was very apologetic, and upright and honest which I appreciate. I think the sections the servers have are quite big and could be reduced. I don't think I will visit again when in North Conway. I gave this restaurant two stars because they are brand new but really it should just be one star. read more

This is a brand new restaurant in town. Though no one in my party had allergies, the staff and menu are well-attuned to any guests who might have special dietary needs. Service was attentive, and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, but nothing outstanding. One of my two sides, garlic mashed potatoes, was lukewarm at best and fairly tasteless. The swordfish was fresh and perfectly grilled but it, too, was a bit bland. The ribeye steak was excellent. The Grill is open 7 days a week and takes reservations - two big bonuses in North Conway these days. read more

We sat at the bar, got greeted by the bartender, ordered cappuccinos which were actually good. Bartenders Rick and Martina were very nice and attentive, but that would be all as far as positive experience. We ordered two appetizers; firecracker shrimp and Cajun yellowfin tuna. Both appetizers below average, the shrimp was cold and hard, tuna was fatty and soaked in spicy mayo. For main meal we had Margherita flatbread and shrimp scampi. What a disappointment! The flatbread was oily and covered with pesto, and I don't even know how to describe shrimp scampi, it was the worse shrimp scampi I have ever had. No lemon, no garlic no wine flavor at all, it was very bland pasta in oil. We were hopeful for desert and ordered apple crisp, it came out cold and had to be remade. Came out good second time. General manager came over and apologized for the food. Thank you for listening to us, please make sure Chefs focus on the food execution, and implementing the flavors. read more

absolute horrible service! 7 parties standing at the door not greeted for 15+ mins while the manager watched from the kitchen window. definitely not busy enough for him to not help the hostess and greet the people. the hostess was not personable and seemed annoyed to be there. with absolutely no pep on her step to clear or set tables. it was embarrassing for the restaurant. everyone seemed so unimpressed and inexperience. we left before finding out if the the table service was the same. read more

Awesome awesome awesome! Thank you Brent for the amazing service. The food and drinks were A+++++++! I got a bolognese with gnocchi and my husband got the aged ribeye. Kids said the chicken nuggets were the best they ever had. Impressive coming from chicken nugget connoisseurs!! The cocktails were the best I have ever had, I find myself sort of a cocktail snob because they are never strong enough to justify and say "I could have done better". Not this place, the violetini and margarita were well balanced and very good. Was really impressed with the food and service also with watching the general manager Eric expoing during a busy Saturday. Will definitely be back!! read more

They never should have opened so soon. Understaffed and untrained. We waited over 10 minutes for the waitress, then she said she didn't realize she was our waitress. My meal came up 17 minutes before my wife's and it sat between the heat lamps, not under the heat lamps. At one point I counted 14 meals just sitting there and nobody was expediting them. The food was finally dropped off by someone and we never saw the waitress again until we were finished. Cold food, especially the fries. Long waits for drinks too. I know it's hard to find help, but if your not ready, don't open! read more

I went there last night and the service was awful, it took 10 minutes just to get waters and it wasn't just me all of the people around me were not being waited on. Now as far as the food goes they undercooked my burger and my fries were cold. Also as I was eating I turn around and see a four year old sitting at the bar with her dad. These people clearly do not care and are sloppy. They did just open a week ago but still they have to pick up the pace. read more

The front end of the restaurant, maitre'd, was ineptly managed by four and sometimes five people who had no clue as to what was happening . We saw at least three tables open but were told thirty minutes. Another staff member shuffled around a miss placed seating and we were seated quicker. The "room" behind us was set up for a large group but nobody ever sat in that area. They could have sat twenty but kept telling everyone at least a half hour. Really underwhelming....we visit North Conway a few times a year and are always surprised by the lack of great restaurants in the area...then again, we have 2 small kids so we don't need anything fancy. We noticed 110 Grill under construction last year and decided to give it a try. We should have read the reviews!!! Our server was very friendly and prompt and he made it a point to say that everything was "made fresh and from scratch." I can't imagine that's true... We noticed that 2 of the 4 meals sat under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes and it showed when we finally got them. All of our meals were "warm-ish" and very much tasted like they weren't freshly prepared. Our kids' meals came with berries or ice cream and even those ended up under the heat lamps for an extended period of time (ice cream?!). Again, friendly staff and server, really unimpressive meals overall. read more

Two stars in lieu of one merely because they are new. Took the family for late lunch/early dinner - approximately 8 empty tables (in sight) but waited about 10-15 for a seat with no one in front of us. The front staff seemed lost in the sauce and didn't know the process for seating people. To my surprise, the prices were steep....My 12 year old ordered from the kids menu, wife and I both got turkey burgers (overcooked) and my 17 year old got the steak tips....34 bucks. With one Truly, no apps or desserts we were out at $111 then 20% for tip (our waitress was sweet, not her fault). Food took a long time and wasn't anything to write home about. I wish any new business well but next time it's a quick run to Chipotle with my teen and preteen....very disappointed. read more

We are so glad 110 Grill opened in North Conway! We have been there twice and the food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. The staff was very attentive and kept checking on us and all the food was amazing. I immensely appreciate the effort they go to support those with food allergies and sensitivities. We've been to this location several times since it opened. We always sit at the bar. The service is always good and the food is mostly consistent. The one thing that is a complete turn off is how bright the lights are inside. Every other location has really nice ambiance, with dim, comfortable lighting. read more

After watching them decide between 5 waiting online orders on the food rest area. I could tell not of them were marked. They kept opening them to determine what was what. They were even confused. So was the cook. I wasn't impressed at all to even start. Then when we got our food. It was cold. The sweet potato fries were awful. My burger had nothing on it for condiments like I orders. The patty had no flavor. My wife's turkey burger was plain and bland as well. We actually waited in the parking lot til pickup time. Who knows how long it was actually sitting out for prior. Had a reservation for five at 7:15. Arrived on time. Pleasant host and hostess. She was leading us to a nice corner booth when she was interrupted by a waitress who moved a 7:30 party of four to our booth because they liked it better. We were going to have to add a chair to a booth or sit at a table in the near empty side of the restaurant. We took the table. Our waitress was terrific but the food was not great. Two medium burgers arrived well done. Fries were lukewarm. Gnocchi was cold. They reheated the gnocchi and took the burgers off the bill. But I do not think we'll be going back. read more
