Horrible customer service on the phone. I was talked to so rudely that I will never park there again after using them for many years. I called because their website would not let me select uncovered parking. The woman on the phone constantly talked over me and told me those prices were not legitimate even thought I was logged into their website with my account. She was probably the dumbest person I have ever talked to in my life. I got a better parking rate at The Parking Spot. read more

I have used Fine IAH numerous times and each time was a struggle. Their website never works properly and you end up having to call them, which is like talking to a third grader. I just tried again to give them another chance and got the same result which is the website will not advance past the pay step; even though they have all of my information from before. My flight got delayed and the customer service from the houston hobby location was phenomenal. They were quick and understanding and were able to push my reservation another day. Bus were comfortable and prompt. Will most likely only be using Fine Airport Parking for future travel. read more

Great experience with Fine Airport Parking. The shuttle followed me to my parking space (the signage when you drive in to the lot will let you know which row to park in) and it was less than 10 minutes to pick up other passengers and get to the airport. On the way home the shuttles arrived every 5 minutes (it was around 730 pm when I arrived back at DIA). Very good customer service also read more

Upon arrival at the Fine 1 location at Hobby Airport, our driver Eddie G., was super helpful when we arrived early morning on September 17, 2024. He was so kind and helpful and got us to the airport quickly. We returned late on September 23rd (early hours of the 24th.) I did not get the driver's name (young guy) but he was also very friendly and helpful. The bus was pretty full and he pleasantly helped everyone with luggage and car seats. We would definitely like to commend both of these gentlemen for great service! read more

Important note - this was at the now Fine Airport Parking 2 (2nd garage) that they bought from pre flight parking. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Things have been changing the last few times I used them, but I'm too loyal. As of last night, I'll let anyone know to not bother anymore. Two super rude "females" at the front desk getting mouthy with me after the third party (on air parking) and their company didn't communicate trying to charge me full price for a prepaid reservation. The effin nerve! No accountability or responsibility taken at all by Fine. I hate when people act as stupid as they look. Get better people at your front desk for starters. That terrible attitude will lose you many more customers. I've been using the third party (On air parking) with Fine for years to park there and no problems until tonight. They lost a customer forever tonight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else to park. Fine has gotten too big to care about their loyal customers anymore. read more

We received amazing service from all the employees here, from the drivers to the other staff. And now they have a lobby you can wait and rest in with snacks, drinks, and restrooms. One of the drivers, Eddie did a nice job and gave us roses as a token of appreciation for being their customers. He is a US Army Special OPS Vet and introduced himself as such. A nice man. Outstanding customer service by Jasmine and Nae! They graciously helped with a reservation mishap and found a quick and satisfactory solution. I appreciate problem-solvers especially if you're pressed for time! I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and noticed a discrepancy on my reservation. I accidentally made the reservation at a different Fine Airport Parking lot, oops! I called the number on the reservation and Jasmine answered and even walked over to my car to help with check-in. She assured me the other reservation will be canceled and refunded within 3-5 business days. I made a new reservation online and still received the discounted price. She then called the shuttle driver to let her know we were present and waiting for a ride to Hobby Airport. The shuttle driver, Nae, was quick and delivered first-rate service. She also reassured me she would personally look into it. Can't ask for friendlier customer service! The parking garage's first and second floor are covered while the third floor is uncovered. The first floor is currently $12 per day and the second and third floor are currently $10 per day. However if you book your reservation in advance online, it is discounted $2-4. Frequent Parkers earn free days of parking. For every dollar spent, customers can earn a point toward future stays. Tip and moral of the story (or review): 1. Book the reservation online for discounted prices 2. Expect exceptional customer service 3. Make sure you book the reservation at the CORRECT airport at either IAH or HOU ;) read more

Greg the bus driver was waiting just outside luggage pickup and Nae/Jasmine in the office checked me out right away. I've only used this garage twice now, but will be my go-to from now on. Horrible service! I have been parking at this garage since before it was Fine parking. I had a reservation for the red garage. We accidentally pulled in the yellow garage (owned by the same company) exited and went into the red garage where our reservation was. I called right away and they told me it was fine. When we went to exit after coming back from vacation, they were trying to charge us another fee. Jaelyn asked us to come to the office, even though we were already in the exit. Jaleyn didn't not know how to fix it and said we created another transaction making us pay more money on top of our reservation to exit. Poor customer service! It is an issue with their garages as they don't know how to transact between them. They are both named the same thing, but different colors. We can't be the only one who went in the wrong one and they try to make pay extra. Thank you Jaleyn, as you just caused Fine parking to lose our business. We won't park here again ever. On my return to Houston I went to retrieve my car only to find that it wasn't where I thought i left it as there are two Fine Airport parking garages next to each other. I had park in the wrong one to begin when I departed Houston. When I was returned I was brought to the correct garage where i should have parked to begin with. The panic of not finding my car when dropped of set in. Pouring sweat and a sense of panic kicked in and after a full day of traveling i broke down. The whole crew at Fine airport parking was fantastic, but a special woman that helped me , Jasmine C. Went above and beyond her job duties to help calm me down and get me to the parking garage where i had parked. I am typically not a person in crisis, but the person confronting the person in crisis. So it ment so much to me that this wonderful person took the time and helped me and calmed me down. I made my reservation to park a few hours before the flight and it was so easy. I was rushing to the airport as I was extremely late for my flight but parking was the one thing I wasnt worried about. Thirty minutes before take off and the employees worked diligently to make sure I made it on time, thankfully I did. Coming back was seamless and easy too, Eddie - the veteran - made my welcome back to town so nice, he was a gem and made sure I was safe when he dropped me off at my car. read more

Upon arriving to the Hobby Fine location which I use often. I was greeted but no one could help find my reservation. I did not have access to my email due to Wi-Fi connection interfering with my acces to my email. A representative by the name of Jasmine assisted me but was very rude and absolutely had no respect or proper way of speaking to me in reference to my reservation. She then had me get out my vehicle to go into an office where a young lady with Reddish hair assisted me in literally 2 minutes and I was back on my way to park. As I exited the elevator the shuttle left. I waited over 7 minutes to wait on the next shuttle I was told by the older woman would be waiting when I came down from parking my vehicle. The situation would have been great as my others have. I will not park here anymore nor will my husband. Worst experience before going on vacation is beyond unprofessional and just horrible. After we first parked there was a shuttle waiting downstairs to bring us to the airport. When we arrived back at the airport there was a shuttle pulling up that second. I recently had an unfortunate encounter with an employee named Jasmine on October 12th Thursday evening, I found her to be incredibly rude and unprofessional, which greatly impacted my overall experience. To make matters worse, it seems that the company allows a husband and wife, to work together despite their similar behavior towards customers. During my visit, Jasmine's treatment made me feel as though I was being scolded like a disobedient student rather than a valued customer. Her condescending tone and dismissive attitude were both disheartening and unacceptable. I had hoped for a pleasant and respectful experience, but unfortunately, that was far from reality. What's even more concerning is Marcus the night supervisor also exhibited a similar lack of professionalism and respect towards me when I returned. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from employees who are supposed to represent the values and integrity of the company. This dynamic duo not only tarnishes the reputation of the business but also creates a hostile environment for customers. respectful atmosphere.
