The shuttle is always right there--never a long wait when I arrive, and somehow always waiting when I return. I park here often enough to rack up points and usually cash in the rewards for free parking on weekend trips or vacations. It's a small perk that makes a big difference. Now, a quick PSA: Don't be that person trying to organize your luggage, and repack your carry-on while the shuttle is waiting right behind you. Do that stuff at home. I've used this location several times and I've never had any issues. Parking is quick. Shuttle comes and get you right away and drop you at your terminal and manage your bags. They give you a little card when you first park so that you know what location your car is in when you return back home it's not a place where they help you find the car. Fast Park will always be our preferred airport shuttle service. We strayed one time to try a different service at IAH and immediately came running back. With that being said, we typically fly out of IAH so this was our first experience with this location to fly out of Hobby. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that we like this one even more than our usual. Everyone was friendly!! The booth worker even opened the door to let us know she was there if we needed her help on the way out. Our drivers were Adrian and Antonio and we really liked them both. The drivers always assist you with bags on and off the shuttle. I've never even had to wait a minute to be picked up. They're always there immediately when you park your car and they show up pretty quickly after you land. It's an easy in and out which is always appreciated after traveling. read more

I would not trust any other facility to park my car while I am away. Their service truly allows you to park quickly, and then relax. I use both this location and the one at IAH frequently, and they are both phenomenal. Drivers are always friendly and efficient. Last night specifically, we came back from Belize and were poorly dressed for the 40 degree weather in Houston - we thought we would have to freeze while waiting for the shuttle. But as soon as we walked out of the airport, the FastPark shuttle was parked right there, so we did not wait at all. It was wonderful. Once we got back to our car, our driver Juan even put our luggage in the trunk for us. Also, I appreciate that they have added a QR code for you to tip your driver, that way you do not have to worry about whether you have change in your wallet. We arrived on 3/2 for dropping off our vehicle. Overall pleased with the pricing, service, support and parking layout. Upon returning on 3/8 we noticed the unusually long delay for pickup compared to the competitors who appeared every 5 to 10 minutes. In addition my husband attempted to grab our luggage and told by the Fast Park attendant he would take care of it. Once we arrived to our parking spot we started to gather our luggage and attendant said he had them. He later stated the bag was heavy then dropped it on the ground breaking the wheel off the luggage. My husband still provided a tip and stopped by the office to report the incident. In speaking with someone at the office they apologized and comped the stay but offered no repair or replacement of the luggage. Initially we were going to let it go if able to repair. Unfortunately, we are now paying for the replacement of luggage unable to repair. Instead of the $57 comp for parking we are left paying a $100 for luggage replacement. read more

It's all about brand loyalty to FastPark Relax. I joined the membership few years ago at IAH Bush Airport. I have been receiving emails about their service. I'm glad they are still around when traveling opened up after long months of CoVid precautions. There is a negative review on Google about theft at this location. I never had problems at any parking lot at airports. But to be cautious, I stored all my belongings at home and emptied my trunk. Oh, I left my car dirty. On the way here, I felt pretty safe. I see the area is mostly warehouses and empty parking lots. Entering the lot is touchless. I pulled out my phone and scanned the membership QR. Gate opened and employee directed me where to park. I believe all FastPark lots are covered. Once parked, shuttle came right up. Driver stopped at the office to retrieve a mask for a passenger didn't wear a mask. Yes. It's a protection for the employees. On my return trip, I had to call the office because no shuttles between 12 and 4 am. Didn't wait too long, shuttle showed up. Later I asked driver if they got my message. Actually, she waited at Zone 3 for an hour and left. We didn't get out until almost 1:30 am. Because my trip delayed, I chatted with an online agent to confirm my extended stay. They actually didn't need to be notified. That's a relief. Upon exiting, I scanned my membership QR and asked to pay with a card. I have accumulated so many points, I could get a free week next trip. I've been parking here since 2017. My car was stuck here during Harvey for over a week. I received regular emails on status of flooding. When I finally was able to return to Houston, the entire parking was waived. I have been parking at Fast Park and Relax ever since. It is open, covered/carport parking. The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at your parking spot which is a relief from other parking near the airport with garages. It is easy to find the shuttle after arrival back to Houston and the green ticket they provide with your parking spot location also has instructions for pick up. I've never had an issue getting picked up even when it's after midnight. The drivers and the employee for check in/check out are friendly at all hours. I sometimes might get a driver that doesn't assist with bags but that is seldom. I have a hard time getting my QR code to scan from my phone every time and this can get a bit annoying. They have a reward system and it is easy to rack up points. I have gathered several free parking days over the years and I park there maybe 3 times a year. Parking rate is affordable at about $8 a day. read more

Drivers are great but a few recommendations.. their parking lot needs signs to tell you where the exit is. It gets confusing on which way to turn to get out. Also, their drivers don't come as often as the other shuttles. I get out of the airport and already see a couple of EcoPark of The Parking Spot shuttles. I didn't know how to use it once I was at the gate, so the cashier told me what to do. I was not sure how to give my cousin credit once I registered because she referred me. Had to drive back and forth up to the gate. No receipt. Was told no manager on duty but there actual was a supervisor on duty. Never has a problem in ten years parking at IAH. Bring in a rush like so many going to and from an airport, I unknowingly left my iPhone 10 on the shuttle. A few minutes later, I pulled out of my parking spot and was flagged down by the shuttle driver (middle aged black male with a beard who said he was working 4-noon -darn I didn't get his name). He came running up to me with my phone advising that I left it on the shuttle. That's just honesty. This has been a five star parking operation previously in my reviews, and it certainly is now.! I travel often out of hobby and used fast park for parking and I absolutely love it. You'll need to reserve your parking space online before you arrive. When you arrive and pull up to the gate there will be a representative who will scan your QR code from your reservation receipt and they will tell you where to drive and park your car at. Once you park your car the shuttle bus driver will more than likely pull up behind you or near you and put your luggage on the shuttle bus. Keep in mind they do wait for other people who arrive near the same time you arrive so you could possibly be waiting 10 to 15 minutes for everyone to get on the shuttle so that they have a full shuttle period they do have continuous service which I like especially since I come back later in the evening. I've never had a bad experience and I have used them at least 10 times now. They also offer a rewards program and after you have accumulated a certain amount of points you can get one day free or 3 days free or a week free. I definitely recommend that you check them out. This was my first time parking at FastPark & Relax at Hobby and I had such an amazing experience!! I found them online, easily made my reservation and created a free account (to avoid fees). When we pulled up, we scanned our bar code, the worker told us where to park and the shuttle immediately followed us to our spot. Brenda was nice and sweet and helped unload our bags. We were on our way to the airport for a 5 mins ride. She gave us a card to use when we returned. Shuttle pick-up at Hobby is located on Level 1 - Zone 3 and we found the shuttle right away. Brenda was there again to pick us up! After a quick ride, we were back at our car and she helped unload and load all our stuff back to our car. Upon checkout, you scan your account code and pay! This place is amazing! After making an account, parking was a breeze! Covered parking for an amazing deal! When you enter the establishment, scan your QR code to get in. You are assigned a row, can park in any spot, and a shuttle promptly picks you up. They give you a card with your parking spot written on top. The shuttle will go around picking up some other people and then take you to the airport. Upon return, present the same card to the driver and they drop you off right in front of your car! Payment was quick and I was given free cold water. Excellent service! Rest assured your car will be safe and sound under beautiful covered parking for a steal of a deal! The best airport parking experience I've had. I've used these guys twice, and the whole process - from reservation to checkin to shuttle to airport, to shuttle back from airport, to checkout is as smooth as can be. You book online for however many days you need using their website. You can create a profile which tracks your parking and gives you free parking once you hit certain number of days (similar to Hotels.com Rewards program). It's $5.99 + fees / day for covered parking, which is definitely reasonable. The check-in process is simple. A parking attendant is present to help you with scanning the QR code. Once you park, the shuttle arrives fairly quickly at your spot and you're off to Hobby! Once you return to Hobby, I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes in Zone 3 for the shuttle to arrive to pick me up. Free, cold water on the way out! read more

Was a pretty easy and fast service. I looked it up last minute and everything checked out as advertised. $5.95 a night is a great deal to me and it's COVERED parking which is a plus! They also didn't have an overwhelming amount of people leaving their cars as other parking places, which made the wait to and from the airport seamless. You park according to your terminal, you get on your closes shuttle at the covered alphabetized area, they write your letter and number (Ex: E-1001) and you keep that until you return so they know where to drop you off. You can pay as you exit via debit card (or a customer service person, I used the pay and go service) where you also get to get a free water as you leave. I will totally use them again! read more

I have parked with Fast Park & Relax for over 10 years now. Always been super happy with their service. Until we flew back from vacation and our truck has been stolen from the parking lot. We were stranded and in shock. They were helpful in filing police report. And even admitted it was not the first time it had happened, which did seriously concern us. We paid them to keep our vehicle secure and IT WAS NOT! If you have a vehicle thieves don't want, by all means park here. This place is pretty good value for covered parking, but I'm not sure if it's that much better than the other choices out there. The customer service is typically decent during peak hours but during off hours they seem to not really care about the customers. I had a late flight arriving around midnight and the shuttle wasn't there at my arrival time even though it was noted on the reservation and I even called in advance of me picking up my luggage. There were no delays for the flight either it basically arrived exactly on time. They either need to run 2 shuttles back to back or just wait for the anticipated customer's flight. During the time I was waiting (counted 20 min total) I saw multiple parking spot and pre flight shuttles go by. I had to call customer service twice to get them to radio the driver and ask where the bus was. Could have Ubered home in the time I waited. Still would still choose this company but probably only during peak times. read more

Less than the cost of a 1 way Uber from Montrose. Cheap easy and super fast. By the time I parked the shuttle bus pulled up behind me and the guy put my luggage on the bus. I was at the airport within 4 minutes of parking. On the way back, the first shuttle filled up and had to wait for another but that was less than 5 min. The parking was covered. I like parking my car here when flying out of Hobby. It's close to the airport, it's cheap ($5.95/day!) and they only have covered parking. The drivers are always friendly, and I've never had to wait long to be picked up (huge plus when you're cutting it close to flight time). Take a picture of your parking ticket for when you inevitably lose yours, because it'll save you a ton of grief. And don't forget to tip your drivers! read more

Terrible service had to wait 38 mins with kids to be brought to my car, I called and all I was told is to stop calling and buses were on their way. 38 mins later a bus shows up and there is around 50 people waiting. A person on the shuttle said they missed their flight cause the shuttle took 29 mins to drop him off at the airport. Seems like they have a severe bus shortage. All the other parking buses came many times while we were waiting. Parking spot, fly and park etc... never again with this company it wasnt a one time event around 5-6 times this has happened before. read more
