I like the place. Sunday lunch is a bit of a gamble for seating. So be prepared for the crowd if you're doing an after church thing. Even so the service is quick polite and as helpful as possible. The food is great! Esp for being quick. Will definitely go back but probably on a weekday.

Was referred here by some friends and so glad we decided to stop in. It isn't a sit down restaurant, but you order at the counter. Don't let that turn you away. Food was delicious. I ordered their shrimp & grits which was one of the best I have had. My husband ordered the 1220 burger and didn't leave a crumb on the plate. On the way out we tried their freshly baked cookies, peanut butter and chocolate and which chocolate macadamia. They were crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Would come back here and try out more of their menu.

Man. I can see this place as a growing chain of great food and well trained staff. The Bacon Burger last night and the Chicken Salad sandwich with a side salad for lunch today, this place has hit it out of the park. "Line order" was fast and efficient and the wait staff was prompt and courteous (like out of the Chick-fil-A playbook courteous). Everything out of the back was fresh and home made and the place is as clean as clean can be. I see this place not only making it, I see them excelling.

Food, service and ambiance are great. My family and I have eaten there many times. Can't recall ever having a bad meal.

I've eaten at this restaurant at least a dozen times and every time the food is consistently delicious. I've tried something new every time and I'm always happy. The servers and owner are always so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

1/2 sandwich and soup. Very tasty! The soup could have been hotter (was luke warm) and I would have rated 5 stars. The fresh baked cookie was delicious!! 12/18/17... updated to 5 stars on my return trip months later. Got the soup and sandwich combo and the soup of the day (chicken & rice) was delicious and hot! The half turkey was tasty--love the fresh bread! The cookie was even better than I remember; especially since the graciously warmed for me on my request! A gem in Tallassee!

OMG! Best breakfast I have had in a long, long time. I never take home a doggie bag from breakfast but I am today. The Western Omelette was stuffed full of filling and flavor. Cheese grits were just right. The hash brown casserole is to die for. Super cheesy and packed full of flavor! Worth a drive from anywhere!

Met a long time friend for dinner here upon his request. No regrets! The restaurant is clean, well decorated, service is friendly and the food is Superb!! My husband and I both had the cheeseburger. No joke, best I have ever had!! Even got the FREE COOKIE with our check in. Yummy!!

Not to mention, they had a ton of shaded outdoor seating. - Coffee: The coffee tasted great and was really smooth. I love that they had a ton of different drink options as well. We also picked up a bag of beans to take home and try. - Food: The menu at Red C Cafe was immaculate. They had everything you could imagine, along with both breakfast and lunch options. One of my favorite were the paninis. They also had man a dessert and little treat options. Cheesecake was perfection. - Prices: Very on par to other local shops, and not mad at all. - Staff: The staff were friendly and great. - Merch: The merch had some good options including mugs, shirts, home roasted beans, and more. Overall I give this shop a 5/5 's. I love visiting, and can't wait to go back. They are more than just a simple coffee shop or cafe, but a full rounded restaurant for all times of days and meals. Give them a look.

Just a quaint little place with a simple menu that keeps a small simple town, small and simple! We both had a wrap, freshly made, warm, tasty and very filling. Kudos to the cashier for the menu suggestion, it didn't disappoint. Prices were great too!

Our Place Cafe is a strange little restaurant. I've been to this place twice: once for dinner, and…read morerecently for brunch. As always, the most important aspect to dining out is service. Now, what's funny is that the woman who owns Our Place, Corrie Sid, also owns Cafe de Fleur in Auburn - which I actually gave 1 star for having service so slow they we weren't able to get our meals. Well, Our Place is also quite slow, though not to the same degree. Just like the other restaurant, they seem genuinely short-staffed, even though Our Place was mostly empty at the time. But what really sets Our Place apart - in a bad way - is the environment. Normally, I don't give too much thought to interior design, but this one raises a few serious flags. It's a very old building; I can only guess what its original purpose was. You can see daylight peeking through the walls, which is odd. And the rusted tin roof isn't so much charming and folksy as it is off-putting. However, the big issue that caught my eye was the thick layer of dust over the ceiling diffuser, right above the tables on the ground floor. When the AC kicks on, the result will be blast of dust, grease, and mold spores directly onto the food of the people below. I'm not even going to talk about the food, other than saying "it's fine." Normally a place like this would garner 2 or 3 stars, but the questionable (to say the least) health and safety of Our Place Cafe prevents me from doing that in good conscience. 1 star.

No outside food at all as allowed into the restaurant per the new owners. Ok we didn't know and how was we supposed to know. But know big deal. The offered us a chocolate cheesecake instead free of charge. That was super nice and our server did a good job. We ordered an appetizer ( fried crab claws) and they come fast and good. Our drinks at the table were sweating and the water was just running off the table onto our laps. Not sure why they don't use a napkin under the drinks. We finally got to order and the food took a long time to come out. I ordered the ribeye steak mid rare over the mashed potatoes and green beans. This didn't look like a good cut of meat. The steak was overcooked and the potatoes were cold. Other peoples food around the table was in similar shape. Not a $50 plate for sure. Overall the restaurant has a nice atmosphere that is set for a romantic date night, not set up for groups. Maybe a 4 top at best. I hope we had off night. I have heard good and bad things but wanted to see for myself. Is it worth going. Maybe if you get lucky. But for the price don't settle for an overcooked steak or a bad cut of meat. Send it back.

I'm a court reporter who travels a lot to cover depositions. Recently, I had to go to Columbus, GA…read morefrom Nashville and wanted to avoid both Atlanta (traffic nightmare) and Hwy 280 (hateful red lights) so I went through Montgomery, AL. And holy crap, am I glad I went through at lunch time and chose this place to eat!!! The cafe is easy to get to and has plenty of parking- the interior is not flashy or modern, but it is comfortable and homey. And honestly, after eating the food, I wouldn't care if they were in a tent, as long as they brought me this amazing food!! Their menu changes weekly- there are a few meats and vegetables that you can get everyday, and then there's a different selection for each day- which makes me wish I lived closer so I could eat here every freaking day. You can find the current menu on their Facebook page! If you go here though, and do NOT get the fried chicken, then you are seriously doing yourself a disservice. It. Is. Delicious. And as a lifelong southerner, I've eaten a butt load of fried chicken. This is some of the best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes, Lima beans, creamed corn and fried green tomatoes were all awesome as well- seasoned perfectly, were homemade and fresh. Seriously, after my first couple of bites, I had to just close my eyes and do my happy food dance. And the CORNBREAD!!! In true southern fashion, it is NOT sweet, thank god, and is cooked in a muffin form, which usually means that the cornbread is dry. I almost didn't taste it- I wish I hadn't, because this cornbread haunts me. It was light, delicate, savory and (I hate this word) moist. It was the perfect cornbread. They have also perfected sweet tea- I wish I could have gotten a gallon to take home. The women who were working the days I went (twice in six days!) were super sweet, quick and efficient, attentive without hovering- they're really awesome. They all work together and it seems like a well oiled machine. The prices are ridiculous for as much food as you get- a meat and three plus tea for $13.00?? I'd pay way more- but I appreciate not having to go over my allotted per diem for lunch! If you're in Montgomery between the hours of 11-2pm, and you're hungry- do yourself a favor and go to Gail's, tell the girls you're hungry, and eat what they bring you- because it's going to be delicious and your tummy will be very happy.
