Once ordering and paying double what we would have had to pay elsewhere, we were told that our order was ready to pick up and when we drove over an hour to pick it up, it was not back from the binder yet. When we did get the order, the binding looked like a 10 year old did it. The corners were not uniform. The stitches are coming lose in several different places. It was awful! We will never use them for anything again which was a huge mistake for them. We are about to have to replace the flooring in our 3 story house and I can guarantee it will not be by these amateurs.

This has led to a lawsuit because of multiple soft spots in my vinyl plank flooring and damages to my home, including water leaks and mold caused by poor toilet reinstallation, holes in the wall and drywall repair, and painting over scratched walls. Carlson will not claim responsibility for any damages and is quick to file a lien rather than repair. Totally avoid this flooring company. Travis Carlson and company do not deserve your hard-earned money.
