Brad and Juan arrived within the requested time window, called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive, and were polite and courteous throughout the work. The job primarily involved removing a complete queen bed and a king mattress and box springs. They also helped us assemble the new king foundation, which had been shipped, and unwrapped and installed the mattress. The job had unusual complications, but they helped troubleshoot and solve the problems. We highly commend them for their professionalism and can-do attitude. Everything went very well. They were super quick. Wish I had requested an onsite estimate (not customary) as couldn't get it done in one visit with number of trucks reserved. Furniture items were slotted for donation. If you want small items (dishes, clothing etc.) to be donated, suggest boxing them up in advance. It's time not efficient for the movers to do the wrapping/boxing. Because they have open truck, they can not take any liquids or aerosols. The guys were great. I was extremely impressed with how diligent and friendly they were in their work. While they were working someone in the neighborhood (had to audacity to ask them and not the homeowner using the service) offered them $100 to take a few of their items. Kevin and Ethan were honest and explained that their responsibility and duty was to my items.
