I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

Never said it needed any frontend parts replaced but has 280,000 miles on it and still aligned it. He did is own inspection afterwards and discovered bad upper ball joints(literally could shake the wheel with is hands) but they still aligned it. Plus hammer marks on the tie rod ends, and took 2 hours to make it worse just to basically say it can't be aligned properly without the kit nevermind the worn out parts lol...pit stop tire will give you the best job and will tell you what your car needs to do a correct alignment before taking any money or touching your vehicle..what happened to giving the best service for the best experience, it's turned into a smash and grab world...I got to add a star to complete this review, what a joke
