What a total disappointment. I spent $169 for me and my 2 granddaughters. First off, I didn't need to spend the extra $20 per PERSON for skip the line cause there was no line. The first thing you went into was the only decent thing out of the entire house. It was nothing but a 25min dull, boring walk. No vampires, no Frankenstein, no witches, no headless horseman no bats darting at your head. The butcher shop was a joke, the whole thing was a joke. None of the 3 of us, 13, 17 and 73 yelled or was scared once. Lots of puffs of air blowing at ya. Probably only 8 live people in the entire house. The sets are great thanks to Rocky Point Haunted House and The Haunting Haunted House. The actors sucked and they had very little. Long line waiting and no entertainment and the icons were disastrous and bad. Why do you have timed tickets what the hell is the point? This haunt gets worse every year. Just get rid of the actors and save money which I know you love and just have a haunted display. The actors did not add anything with substance to the whole experience. This is not their fault it is the trainers and management. Your haunt is a joke just like 13th snore Entertainment Group. It should be about quality not quantity. You have haunts all over but they are not all good. Stop getting more and work on what you have. Fear Farm is horrible now since you got rid of the clowns and you toke over. Let me start by saying this is NOT a tame spook house. It's very physical and at times requires you to crawl or be in very tight places. Several times my friend and I bumped into the people in front of us and a couple of times actors were so close we could feel their breath. We were at the back of a group and got a LOT of interaction. For us, as LARPers, it was a fun romp into a horror movie. It was like taking an elevator ride into a living nightmare. We went decked out with runny mascara and messed up hair so we'd look the terrified victim part. We screamed, we begged, we scurried for our lives. When you role play along with the actors - who really seem to enjoy it - it's just more fun. And this place is a great attraction to do it at. I decided to spring for the $10 Fast Pass and when we got there, I wasn't sad I did. The general admission line looked to be about a two hour wait. For Fast Pass, we were the 2nd group in line. We were in line about 20 minutes if that. To get the cons out of the way real quick: I do wish they would have broken the groups up more. Because the actors hurry you along, inevitably you catch up with the groups ahead of you. Which meant several times we ended up with performers who were trying to stay in character behind us but who couldn't realistically get any closer or more intimidating without touching people, which is a no-no. Another potential con: It's very dark in there at points. I ran into a low bench I couldn't see as we were rushed through one room, which left me with a baseball-sized welt on my thigh. Someone else slipped and fell at one point. No serious injuries but some of the terrain is just plain difficult to navigate. Some floors move, there are some that are tilted. Being careful isn't really an option because you can't carry a light or walk at a pace of your choosing. Okay. That said, I have to gush about the sets. The whole thing is very well thought-out considering how many scenes the place covers. An asylum, a graveyard, a couple of haunted houses, a swamp, a pirate ship... scenes from all kinds of weird nightmares are tied together through holes in walls and hallways that almost organically evolve from one to the next, just like a dream sequence in a film. The FX quality in the place ranges from cool to outstanding. The sets, sounds and FX alone are worth paying this place a visit. Most of the cast were really good at their roles too. Some were incredibly athletic and surprising with their actions and vocalizations. Costumes were pretty good too though we didn't see any of the masked characters some other folks have encountered. I liked that some had very distinct personalities. The pirate captain was especially entertaining to me. My friend liked an undead guy who pleaded with her to stay. I think she would have if it wouldn't have held up the line. I would definitely recommend this place but with the caveat that you probably won't like this place if you can't handle people getting right up next to you or if you don't like enclosed, claustrophobic places. There was one spot where we were engulfed over our heads in some kind of billowy air bag thing which kind of felt like being born again. If you can handle that, you'll probably like this place too. read more

I really enjoyed it. They did put ALOT of work into this place with even more crazy people to work the house. Somethings that really bugged me were the large groups we had to be in (4 to group would be a great/ isolation is key) and the unprofessional staff. We had two guys infront of us who were clearly intoxicated and ruined the entire event for us due to everytime someone approach them they were childish and mocked them back. We told the staff inside the situation and if we could wait just to separate from them a bit but no help was offered and just told to "keep moving". Once out side, we were told them same. Let me tell you. First off the event staff are so helpful and friendly. The scare crew outside the facility was amazing! We went there tonight at 11:30- NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN LINE!!! HOWEVER, buy your tickets online because honey it's expensive at the window, I am disappointed that I paid 45 dollars and caught up with another group, and let me tell you we went slow. After waiting to attend for several years, I really wanted to like this place. I had seen it on the list of Scariest Haunted Houses on some Travel Channel show. First, the ticket prices are astronomical. Several in our group bought the Costco 2 pack for $60 which included fast passes. Two others purchased online with fast passes and they paid $47 each!!!! We got there very early and were the first in line. Great! It's Sunday- still part of the weekend so we figured it would still be good. We talked on the way over about how we might pass out or die or whatever because we heard how scary it is. We even heard that if you make it to the 13th floor, every 20th person gets a refund. First thing we noticed is that there aren't 13 floors. In fact, there aren't even 2! Ok well that's different than we thought. They opened right at 7 so we went in immediately with our whole group, which consisted of two moms and 6 13-15 year olds. Some of the 13 year old girls were almost in tears anticipating entering. We entered and it started off well enough but we weren't really scared. We figured They were just getting warmed up since we were the first group through and that it would progressively get scarier. Well, we couldn't have been more wrong. The place has great potential but doesn't come close to living up to the hype. The props were pretty decent but the actors were simply people dressed up who jump out at you and scream. Just scream- not scream any words or anything but just yell- in your face. They don't really follow you or do anything else. Many others have reviewed this place and said exactly what we felt. There were many missed opportunities to scare us. We even talked afterwards that it was Sunday and maybe many weren't working but I can see from other reviews, that this is the case any other day and any other year that this haunted house is open. The kids weren't scared one bit. We were told it would take 45 mins. We realize that we were the first group inside but 20 minutes? Really? All that money and 20 minutes?! Crazy. We got for the end and we started questioning staff as to whether it really was the end. The kids told him that they weren't really satisfied. He seemed like he had heard that one more than 100 occasions and didn't seem to give two hoots! Another missed chance to scare would have been right after leaving the gift shop when you think the coast is clear. But nothing. The cherry on top was when we exited and some two robotic zombies and there was a booth set up to try to toss rubber brains into their opened skulls. The kids tried to put up some brains and the employee told them it was $3 per bucket of brains! For real? We just second mortgaged the house to pay for this crappy experience and you want to charge another $3 to toss brains?! No thanks. The scariest part was how much money we lost by going here. In conclusion, it really has potential to be against but not when it's understaffed and not scary at all and not when it's too expensive for an average family to afford when it's not even scary! Very over-priced, especially for VIP (which we purchased) or immediate access. Line moved quickly for VIP, I would STRONGLY suggest dishing out the extra $10/person. Sent through in large groups (we happened to be with a bunch of freshman/sophomore high school girls) so if you arent in the front all of the scares will be completed prior to you passing through. This haunted house is located in what looks like an old shopping center grocery store so lots of parking. We bought tickets online and same day for a Thursday and just went with general admission. Got there around 7:45 and waited in line for maybe 40 minutes to get in. Only 1 actor walking around outside scaring people while in line waiting. The actors inside are good , not obnoxious scary and no one touches you while walking through and they don't harass you either. I have been to some HH and they can be annoying with that so that part I liked about this HH. I don't think the 13th FLOOR is super scary but it was fun and worth doing in the Halloween season for something to do. There are 2 parts of the tour, so midway u wait in line to go into clowns and zombies. We actually exited at that point. We had been in there for almost 45 minutes and were ready to go so we didn't stick around for 2nd part. I would say overall you need about 1 hr and 15 minutes for this haunted house. read more

This was a great little haunted house. The actors entertaining the wait lines were great. The dancing zombie/clown troupe was great. One actor really went all the way to scare spending about five minutes making direct eye contact and slowly creeping towards me when I was not looking. Super dedicated to making me personally ill at ease. The actually haunted house had some really beautiful, eerie scenes. Without giving too much away there is an area where they use lights and fog in such a way as to make you feel like you are waist deep trudging through a swamp, an abandoned movie theater, zombie scene, and other great environments. It must be incredibly difficult to create a creative and genuinely scary haunted house tailored to all ages. The reason I say that is because so far I have not found one, and 13th floor is no exception. However, compared to all of the others this one was pretty good. The length of the attraction was great, and the sets were very good too. The actors were fine, I just feel like they are all very predictable. I can usually tell where the jump scares are (especially because my group made me go first) and having someone run at me is not very scary when I know it isn't real. I would be interested to check out the black-out night. That might up the intensity enough to differentiate the 13th floor from other run-of-the-mill haunted houses. So this was my first ever haunted house and I was severely disappointed! The lines were about two hours of waiting which is apparently to be expected, however my friends said they usually have characters outside to entertain at other haunted houses. This place only had one character in the very front of the line, so that was a downside. One huge flaw was the customer service, my friends and I after waiting for two hrs went through the maze in ten minutes without realizing that it was the exit. When we explained what happened to the lady at the front she refused to let us back in, but luckily we found another coworker who felt that it was unfair to not fully experience the maze and he let us back in. The maze itself was such a let down, it was practically pitch black so you had to feel around to actually see unless you are lucky enough to get a glow stick. We had ten people in our group and the lady refused to let us have another glow stick even though we had such a huge group. I scare easily but even I was maybe frightened a total of two times during the whole experience, but unfortunately none of my friends were scared at all! I think this haunted house is targeted more for kids like 15 and under! We saw a couple of adults our age afterwards (20-30) and they also felt it did not have much scare factor to it! I recommend saving your money and finding another haunted house! I also think a part of our bad experience was that it was the last weekend so I think the actors were kind of sick of it read more

WORST HAUNTED HOUSE!! This place was a huge waste of money to me! I will never go here again! I was not scared one time and I get scared pretty easily so that's pretty bad if you can't scare me. It seemed like it was about to be good first walking in, but I suddenly had a change of mind once I saw the first actor. I was laughing most the time because the actors were more funny than scary. The decorations and themes were more scary than the actors. We had two small kids behind us that we're so scared to go in at first and when they went in with us they screamed probably twice and I even heard them say this isn't scary. What I didn't like the most is that we kept catching up with the big group that was ahead of us in the beginning. So when we would try to stand still for a few moments to let them get ahead of us again, the actors would start yelling at us telling us to move it, get going and hurry up. We told them we are waiting for that big group to get more ahead of us because after all what's the fun if we are the ones straggling behind at the end of a group? All the scary things and good things happen upfront. And we paid like everyone else so we wanted to experience all the good stuff too. We didn't wanna be behind some group. That was the worst. I feel like they should have made a bigger gap between different parties. There are 2 houses to go thru and both were lame, I think it took us probably about 10min to get through both houses so it was very short. Their advertising is heavy so you would think they would have a great haunted house. I guess they spent most their money on advertising instead of spending their money on more actors, better costumes and intensifying the houses and over all experience to make it more scary. I spent $167 for 3 Fast Passes. I was inside for about 15 minutes before being pushed through to an exit. When we asked to speak to the manager, we waited 35 minutes and then we're told that she did not have time to speak with me. You can tell the actors are trying their best, but fail to deliver the scare promised. The make-up and set design reflects the budget. My boyfriend, our 4 friends and I decided to spend our Halloween night at this haunted house. None of us have ever been here and WILL NEVER BE BACK. While walking through I began to feel that the characters were all a bit too touchy. We came to a room were a very skinny, bloody, sweaty guy pulled on my hair and started sniffing me i immediately screamed and jumped away when he used his prop weapon to spank my boyfriend and started calling him "bad boy" by now you can obviously tell we were very creeped out but honestly a little more accepting because of the fact that this is a haunted house. We then saw him AGAIN in a different room. Where he grabbed his prop stick and started gabbing it in my boyfriend's stomach. We looked at him seriously this time and told him to "STOP" we then entered a room that was spinning and colorful where the guy was AGAIN!! I was standing in between my boyfriend and the guy with 2 of our friend in front of us and two behind us when the guy screamed directly in my boyfriend's face. By this time my boyfriend had enough and screamed right back. The guy reached around me and grabbed for my boyfriend. He was pushing and punch trying to reach for my boyfriend, while in the process hit the back of my head. I finally got out of between them when the guy jump on my boyfriend. My boyfriend went to push him off with his hands completely open when the guy BIT my boyfriend's middle left finger!!! Our friends finally got ahold of the guy and pulled him off when he began to swing at my boyfriend and ended up straching him on his left cheek. I was so in shock and started shaking especially being in that spinning room i felt like i was going to pass out. I could not believe all of this just happened. We immediately rushed out looking for the managers and cops standing out front. Once we reached them they were SOO rude i could not believe it. They treated it like something they didn't want to deal with. I really could not believe this. They were debating on giving us a refund because we didn't even make it half way through the haunted house. They made us sit outside COLD for an hour and a half just to tell us that they couldn't find that guy or a guy matching his description so they think that it was a customer not a worker because their workers would "never do anything like that" we then gave our story to the police when they told us that they found the guy who had told them he had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND HE DID NOTHING!!!!! Even while standing there with a bloody, bruised finger and a scratched face they don't feel the need to do anything major. We FINALLY ended up getting our money back and left. I am so upset and surprised that all of this has happened. I will NEVER be returning here. I am petrified. read more

So we went here on a Sunday night. We didn't have to wait very long in the line. There were three actors walking around the line, trying to scare/entertain everyone. They were not scary. They walked around and harassed us. It was very strange. It almost felt like they were trying to start fights with us. It was very unprofessional and left us in a bad mood before entering the house. I understand what the purpose of their job is and what they are paid to do. however, there were a few circumstances were they crossed the line and it became personal and nothing short of harassment. The interior design of this place was GREAT! The scenes were beautifully done. However, they didn't seem to utilize the sets like they should have. I jumped one time and that was because of a loud scream by an actor. Other than that, it wasn't very scary. Every incident where the actor was trying to scare us, fell short. That was because it was very easy to guess where they were hiding and when they were going to scream. One of the actors was so close to me, that he spit right into my eye. That was a little much for me because of all the sickness going around. When we went to the second part of the house (zombie land) there was a guy that was yelling and harassing all of us with a megaphone. It wasn't scary, just irritating. I ignored him. But some other people did not. It was awkward. I didn't understand the purpose of it. Another problem with this place is that they sent us in huge groups. The scares only went to the first two people. It made me feel like it was understaffed. They need to get better at timing because the group behind us caught up very fast and there were about 12 of us walking together. We let the go ahead and walked slow, so we would be able to experience some of the scares. I'll never go back and will tell my friends to go to another house like fear farm. I had a better time at house of screams and that was NOT scary at all. The atmosphere of the 13th floor was not scary either. It was just awkward.
