Thank you so much to Nick for a 15 minute quick and easy smog check! I waited only a few minutes because he was finishing up another customer before me, and I presented my registration form (electronic copy was okay, as long as it's scannable!), and within minutes, my smog check was complete. Great value, very fast, and will definitely be here in the future if needed! If you need a smog check, definitely come to the 15 Minute Smog Check, and you'll be glad you did! Also, there are two chairs available, if you need to sit, otherwise just know that the location is connected to a gas station. Look for "FOOD MART" and you're at the right location - the smog check is directly to the right of it, if you are looking at the storefront. Very satisfied with this experience! read more

15 minute smog check delivered in 15 minutes. There was no wait. They did the job and let me use Google pay on my phone. There's nowhere to sit, but hey it's only 15 minutes and there's a mini Mart at the gas station. Other than being very hard to find (it's in the gas station at the corner, though your GPS might take you to the body shop next door), they do what their name says, and that's what you want in a smog check place! read more

If not for the lowest price, I would have given them 0 stars! I came in because I got a quote through Yelp for $45. When I arrived, there was no line and an older man (Mais) sitting in the garage scrolling on his phone. He looked up, saw me and continued scrolling. Eventually he motioned for me to pull in. When I mentioned the quote he seemed annoyed and said he'd have to check. I showed him the message and he still questioned it. When he finished the smog check he DID only charge $45 and asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. I asked if there was any additional discount for paying cash and his response was "What, you want it for free?" He then told me all the competitors in the area are charging $80-$90 (I got multiple quotes and they all ranged $50-$60). I will not be returning to or recommending the shop! read more

Reading other reviews, majority paid like $40 something while I paid $65. Wth. Service was quick but the technician old Armenian guy I didn't like his energy. He was so serious and his tone was not friendly at all. Maybe hes not a fan of "great Costumers Service". But Im happy I passed. Would I come back or recommend this place? Hard NO! The only reason I chose this place is I was in a rush to have it done and my Yelp inquiries were responded late so I found out some smog centers were willing to do it for $35! Super fast! I just got a SMOG check here and I was in and out within a half hour (there was someone ahead of me). The staff was helpful, clear, and friendly. I paid for my registration with the SMOG test and they printed out tags for me right away! I would highly recommend this place read more

It really did take 15 minutes from start to finish! I had sent my project for quotes and they had replied with a $45 yelp offer. So make sure to contact them before going. They had automatically sent the documents to the DMV and I had went in to renew my registration an hour later and they already had it. Pretty smooth and easy. read more

Then he informed me that he was at the dentist. will not be returning until 11:15. Had been working with this shop to have my car pass smog for over a year now. It needed a new cadillac converter that was unavailable. It took some time to acquire and purchase and install this part. After the shop reported that the emissions control was tampered with, it was unavailable to be dealt with anywhere else. Finally, when all repairs were completed and ready for inspection and testing. The shop refused. The rep said. Oh, I remember you, and I have the right to refuse to test your car again. You will need to have it tested somewhere else, I will not want to lose my license over this. They claim that if it fails, we will retest. However, rather than retesting it, they assumed that I fraudulently manipulated the exhaust system to pass. After taking it to another shop, it passed in 5 minutes. Do not waste your time at this facility. Kudos to Union Discourt Tire the and In & Out Smog in Burbank for completing my test with no hickups. Strongly recommend them. best recommendation is to stay away from Union Smog in North Hollywood.

I came to this smog shop after seeing a $45 quote on their Yelp page for a 2016 Jeep Sahara. When I arrived, I asked the technician if he had time, and he said yes--just after finishing the car he was working on. Once it was my turn, I handed him my paperwork, and he suddenly told me the price was $55. I mentioned the $45 quote I saw online, but he rudely responded, "For this car, it's more." This felt like a classic bait-and-switch--advertising one price just to change it when you show up. On top of that, he was unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction. I calmly asked for my paperwork back and told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, he was smoking inside the shop, which is not only unprofessional but also dangerous--especially considering this location is part of a gas station. That alone raises serious safety concerns. Overall, poor customer service, dishonest pricing, and risky behavior. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

First of all.... The 15 minute title was a complete farce. I was there for 9 minutes. Right off the bat Isaac offered me a bottled water. I asked him if he knew of a place that I could get a slow leak in one of my tires fixed. He gave me two options and then began to check and inflate all my tires. Then as the process went on, garbage gentlemen arrived to empty the dumpster of the next door neighbor. I had an excellent experience getting my smog check done here. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I was in and out much faster than expected, and everything was clearly explained to me. The shop was clean, organized, and easy to find, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. It's hard to find honest and efficient service these days, but this place truly delivers. I can't be the only person who feels extremely unhappy to open a DMV registration renewal and see the words "Smog Inspection required." It's always so inconvenient and and I hate dealing with it--period. HOWEVER, my experience at this place was quick, painless and even enjoyable! Isaac is the coolest... Anytime I have to get a smog test I am coming here! I found 15 minute Smog Check by doing a Yelp Project Search. You receive a $20 off coupon when you check in. It's attached to the 76 Gas Station on the SE corner of Woodman & Victory (enter in Woodman). There's a mini-mart at the gas station, plus a couple of chairs outside to sit while you wait. He was finishing up one car when we arrived. It took less than 15 minutes to complete our car, total cost including certificate & $20 discount was $45. read more

Great place! It was my second time there. I showed up in the morning without having any appointment and got the smog check right away. The gentleman who did the check for less than 15 minutes was very nice, helpful, and explained to me what exactly I should send to DMV after he submitted to them my smog check result online. Went here this am because of the many good reviews. I was offered a seat, a drink and a smile. A few minutes later I was waved over. Done already? No kidding... 15 minutes later I was driving away. Great experience here, I go here every time I need a smog check. Isaac, the technician, was nice enough to accommodate the three people who showed up 20 minutes before he closed on a Friday. The whole process took about ten minutes. They also have a $10 coupon available on their website, so the whole cost was $40. Highly recommended! read more

I stopped by here on my lunch break from work and started the timer. 15 mins later, my car was done! Great guy who runs the place. He gave me a seat in the shade and a nice cold water to help fight the valley heat. Definitely coming back for my next one. read more

I didn't go here, just so that's clear, because they said it would be $155 including the Yelp discount. Fuck that. There's 9,001 smog check places in and around the Valley that will do it for less than $50 please save your time and money. read more

Super expensive! I went across the street to Puurfect auto care, and they charged me $20+ less! I don't remember the exact price, but it was somewhere between $40-55 for a simple smog check. Get out of here my friend. read more
