He and his wife as the kindest most humble people I've met. Give him your idea and a few reference photos and watch him bring your idea to life. You might give him some references, but he just uses them to give him a little inspiration. He completely drew my entire tattoo from scratch. It was beautifully executed!!! He did what I asked and more!! He took extra time to make sure I was doing alright and went as fast as he could to help lower the pain I was in. I am so happy to see him here with his own shop !!! We started out a week ago and had an appointment to get my daughters nose pierced, albeit she is only 16 so they advised us what paperwork we would need to bring. They called and postponed for a couple of hours and then called back and canceled completely. Said it was due to the sanitation machine. I will commend them for safety first!!! The problem is when the lady told us to be there today we went and where told that they could not "accommodate us today" and only for the fact that she was under 18. They told us we could come back any other day. The problem I have is we had two appointments, and when we show up get turned away,,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! Seeing as this was my first facial piercing, I was meticulous about everything from placement to jewelry, however, Jesse never rushed or pressured me to make a a decision. I want to specifically recognize Jesse James, who did her piercing. He was excellent, very kind and professional with us, and he did a great job. We were very happy with his work and how he treated us. Unfortunately, our experience with the person at the front desk was very different. When we arrived, a man who appeared to be from outside the business and was drinking a beer followed us from the parking lot and came inside right behind us. He said he was there to ask for a job, but I was very uncomfortable that someone could follow customers into the business without anyone addressing the situation. Then, when I asked the person at the front desk a simple question about how to fill out the paperwork because I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly, he yelled at me in front of everyone and told me that I hadn't been paying attention. I felt that was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

(My appt was for 6 or 7pm I believe). When I walked in a bunch of people were there who I'm guessing were walkins. I told the guy I had an appt at the time i got there and he put me in line behind the walk-ins. this would've been okay if there was like one or two people in front of me but no there were five!! I decided to stay for 30 minutes past my appt time to see if I'd be able to get in quick, but she wasn't even done with the first person, so I decided to leave. My friend, who was a walk in and was one spot in front of me, didn't get her tattoo until like 11pm at night which is crazy because it was a mini tattoo deal. Point is, I had an appt but was still put in line behind walk-ins. Luckily I did not pay a deposit or anything, phew. Will not be going back This is not a post regarding their work.

I went in with my friend to get 2 cartilage piercing and when he pierced me he didn't use a clamp…read moreand then decided to use a butterfly back instead of a flat back which for a new piercing will cause infection because it's hard to clean around it and it gives no room for swelling. I went to the tattoo shop to have someone take a look and upon farther inspection they were both pierced with a super bad angle and only one of the two piercings were salvageable. I had him re pierce the salvageable piercing with a flat back and I have to wait for the other hole to close so I can then get my other piercer to re pierce it. Really disappointed as I paid $100 for these piercing at valor which I feel is already super expensive and they didn't even know how to pierce correctly.

If I didn't send a message first, I wouldn't hear anything. Every response required me to follow up, sometimes multiple times. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.
