The pomegranate raspberry was too tart to me. Definitely got to pair it with something sweet. The chocolate, and oatmilk strawberry flavors were good. They had a wide range of toppings, probably the widest out of all fro-yo places. They also had a good variety of sauces, and fresh whipped cream too! There is plenty of seatings available, and the area is always kept clean. Staff are always servicing with a smile, and they create a nice and warming atmosphere. Very straight-forward fro-yo place that just opened in Missouri city. 16 Handles has many different locations so I was very excited to see one open near me. Ive heard many great things and many of my friends love it. I think I'm giving it a 3 star because I'm just not the biggest fro-yo girly. Their original flavor is a good clean tart flavor (which if you are into that, I thought it was very high quality). It just simply wasn't for me. Honestly, most of the flavors I sampled were not that appealing to me, so eventually I landed on the Nutella one and a bit of the pomegranate one. I'm a huge waffle cone enjoyer, so of course, I got my froyo in a cone. (Spoiler alert: I hated my cone- it was dry and bland and cardboard tasting). You can then proceed to the topping bar, which offers a vast array of options. I really appreciated the many selections. Check out is like any other fro-yo place where you pay by price. The workers were all really nice. I was greeted right when I walked in and someone talked me through the whole process and facilitated my sample tasting. The inside was also very big with ample seating for family and friend groups. Take this review with a grain of salt, fro-yo just isnt for me, but definitely worth a try if it is for you! read more

Of all of the flavors that I tried, the Nutella and classic tart flavor were my favorites. The other flavors that I got to sample were all either average and standard amongst frozen yogurt spots or tasted a bit watered down. We tried a cone and the cone itself was good, but didn't hold up well after the frozen yogurt began to melt in the slightest. The Missouri City location in particular is very spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and let us sample as many flavors as we wanted. One thing that I would like to point out is that they put a metal cone holder on the scale so that they can weigh your cone. I wasn't sure if they took the weight of the cone holder out of the final weight when we paid. read more

Literally within minutes from where we live, this new frozen yogurt spot is located in the beautifully renovated Missouri City Township Square plaza. It looks like this is a franchise originally from NY, with upcoming locations in TX in Katy, Richmond, Magnolia, among others. There was a really nice crowd for the grand opening, featuring discounts, a DJ, facepainting and a wheel of fortune. Though the line was out the door all the way down to Fellowship Coffee, it did move. Very family friendly, my kids absolutely loved seeing the different flavors ooze down into their bowls. Such a cute soft serve place! I'm so excited that this amazing place opened up in the Missouri City Town Square! They have soft serve frozen yogurt, ice cream, and gelato options, and tons of amazing topping options. I was on a walk and I decided to stop in and was lucky enough to meet the owners, Tabby and Myles and they're so sweet! Interior was bright and clean and spacious, which we felt was unusual because most frozen yogurt places are sticky. There was also lots of seating. They had many interesting and unconventional flavors but because the samples aren't self serve and instead have to ask an employee to get a sample for you I didn't try as many flavors as I wanted to, which is definitely a downside. I ended up with Nutella and cookies and cream, but there was not much of a distinction between the two flavors and honestly neither tasted like it was supposed to. For me the highlight was the topping bar. I really enjoyed the unique toppings such as cookie dough, fresh whipped cream, and a cereal gooey Nutella mixture. Honestly don't know where to start this place was AWESOME. i have never been to a frozen yogurt spot in which i walked out genuinely so happy. first off, as soon as i entered i was greeted by the two lovely ladies serving and was asked if it was my first time here which it was. one of them came down to where the cups were and explained the self serve while also showing the sectioners and saying we could sample whatever we wanted. best believe we did and tried like 5 samples between the 2 of us while she never made us feel rushed or like a hassle. i'd never seen sectioners before at a froyo spot and it allowed for a nice clean way to get more than one flavor. honestly the customer service here was incredible and something you don't really feel nowadays. the entire process is self serve and they charge a dollar per ounce with the cones also adding a dollar. the topping selection 10/10. they had this thing called hazelnut crunch which i genuinely believe everybody needs to try with their cheesecake and nutella froyo. anyways we finished paying and went to sit down at one of their tables. the vibe is chill and nice with their area being very spacious. lastly, that bathroom also so clean. genuinely can't wait to be back to get more froyo from this spot. they definitely sold me and i probably will download their app! read more

WOW WHERE DO I START? This is the best froyo I've EVER had. Even better than anything in San Antonio. I had a fruity choice once and a Nutella choice the 2nd time and both times I wasn't mad at it. The creamiest froyo to date - I seriously thought I had ice cream. The flavors are so diverse and expansive, I mean come on, Toasted Marshmellow and Nutella?? Then, I get to add any syrup I want. Don't get me started on the toppings.
