    Randy at the 1675 bar.
    Mark G.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to check out this new business. We had seen a review in a local paper and thought we would give it a try. The place is rustic, but roomy and inviting. We sat at the bar as we were going to try the whiskey and vodka. Randy was our server and one of the owners. We were the only patrons it was about 1pm. Randy explained some of the history and that the spirits were primarily corn based. We tried the bourbon whiskey. It was smooth and delicious. He advised it would likely get even better in about a year or two. My wife actually liked it and she is typically not a fan of whiskey. Apparently a few teachers from the local high schools are regulars after school hours. We also tried the vodka which was good. We purchased two bottles of the 1675 Whiskey $35/bottle. A bit rich we thought, but they do a nice job with the metal labels and bottle seal. We think that they have a nice product and will likely return. Mark & Nancy.

Started coming here back in May when I was trying to find places to socialize my puppy. The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful and the drinks are phenomenal! Best part is you can bring your dog inside the brewery!

Great Place ! Nice bar with great décor.

We had a good time here. The drinks were good, and the bar was very comfortable with a great décor. The owner was super nice and took us in back into the distillery room and told us all about the process. Great place !

Amazing place for a great drink. The detail on even the ice is perfection!

Amazing place for a great drink, and live music. Personable bartenders, and quick service is better than anything in the area.

1675 whiskey and Diet Coke!! Very smooth and refreshing!! Awesome little place and super nice staff!

Cool place with a great outside setup and live music. The inside has a small bar and was nice during the winter.

They're all good, but I'd recommend the maple whiskey, it has a great maple flavor that blends with the whiskey and isn't over sweetened.

Parking is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot across the street. When we were there, a bluegrass band was playing. The bartender was very attentive and spends a lot of time making their creations. For example, the Berry Blast which contains their vodka along with simple syrup, pineapple juice, blackberries and raspberries actually uses quite a bit of real fruit and gets muddled into a tasty cocktail. Most of the prices are in the $10-15 range per drink. I believe you can bring your own food and its possible there may be some food trucks close by.

During nicer weather they have a newer outdoor seating area. The staff was prompt and friendly. There were a couple of large TV's with sports playing on both sides of the bar and the interior of the building was open and inviting with tasteful decor. On my first visit I took advantage of their taco Tuesday special. You can order any combo of chicken, steak or shrimp tacos for $2 each and $5 margaritas. I tried one taco of each, Mexican style and enjoyed them. The roja and verde sauces that came on the side gave a nice kick. The tacos were pretty authentic, sizable and had fresh ingredients. I would order them again. For a drink I had their bourbon neat. It's young (no age statement) and just a mixing bourbon. The bottle states that it is distilled in Missouri, but bottled in Yardley. There was nothing complex about it and it's fine for cocktails, but I wouldn't buy a bottle of it. On my second visit, the bartender recommended I try the Skillet Burger - $18 with cooper sharp & served on a sizzling skillet with fries, queso, chopped bacon, pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños & scallion. It came out sizzling and was pretty darn good. It made some patrons heads turn and peaked their curiosity. It was a big portion and fresh. The fries with the toppings were good. I would order it again. For a drink I had the Smoked Old Fashioned - YD bourbon, bitters, turbinado, bourbon cherry @ an orange wheel. The bartender brought my drink over with a cocktail smoker and wood chips and finished "smoking it". I thought it was pretty good with mostly cherry and orange coming through with some bitters, smoke from the oak chips and sugar. The vibe here was great and the crowd was extremely diverse. I would say this is a great place to bring friends, coworkers, have a family gathering, date or the family, etc. Both bathrooms were clean on my visits. The other Tex Mex offerings on the menu sound delicious. I'm not a dessert guy, but they have several that look tempting. I'd definitely return here. Thanks guys!!

Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed inside the modern tasting room and outside at the impressive patio and we enjoyed our visit on a boisterous Sunday afternoon. The management is cognizant of how dogs may interact with each other and may suggest that if other dogs are inside maybe it will be better to sit outside, but it is all up to your comfort level. We really enjoyed this craft distillery, makers of vodka, gin, and rum that deliciously feature their liquors in hand crafted cocktails. A customer favorite is the "Famous Drilled Orange" where a hole is drilled into a fresh orange and filled with vodka. You have a choice of a grapefruit and also a liquor-free version. The Lady Guava rum-based drink is also so delicious and there is a whole list of cocktails to choose from. They also offer local beer, wine, mead, and non-alcoholic options. A soft pretzel, personal pizza, and mixed nuts are available for purchase and you can also bring your own food. There is a free parking lot right next door off Basin Street. We were so happy that one of our most supportive followers was also hanging out at Hops and Hardware and recognized us: Dave B., and his pups Dozer & Pugsley! It was fun to catch up and we appreciate meeting others who love hanging out with their dogs and supporting small businesses.
