Today I bought A Tabacco for my IQos device from your store and when I arrived home, I knew that tabacco was not match with my device. After 1 hour I came back to store and talked to a girl that she was already mention that she was manager of store , I told her that my device is old so I couldn't use this tabacco by the way I was told her that I use to be using Nuso brand( that is useful for oldest device) but she didn't mention that this tabacco is not useful for me and she told me that this is not her responsibility so she couldn't return that tabacco and I have to be more accurate for my next buy in bad way with very unpolite behavior !!!!! Is it normal when a newcomer come to your store and don't know anything about new devices and buy something wrong, your sells person reacts to me aggressively and didn't help me????I felt overwhelmed I don't recommend any body this store. read more

I'm a shisha smoke kinda guy. I enjoy the social aspect of it, lthe taste, the smell l love the satisfaction of pulling a hard drag and letting a billowing cloud of smoke out of my mouth like a snoop dogg music video. However, I'm not a fan of nicotine or the set up process required to set up a Hookah pipe - such a labour. I've been reading up more and more about e-ciggs and after seeing them in action I knew I wanted one. That said, I knew I didn't want any nicotine, just the flavoured vapour. I happened to be in Centrepoint Mall today and popped by 180 Smoke to ask them some questions I've been meaning to ask. The staff there were super friendly and very helpful and took the time to explain and demonstrate everything from the different kinds (ohm, sub ohm, etc) to kinds of coils, batteries, prices and how everything works together. I think that's how I ended up buying one today (she's red) so many new exciting words and delicious smells - I couldn't resist. Vaping may be a short lived fad, or a new norm, but I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to trying other flavours of nicotine free e-juice in the future. read more

Let me start by saying that these guys may as well be my therapists. No joke. It is stressful quitting smoking when you don't want to quit in the first place. Vape devices can be complicated if your don't know the quackspeak language of omes and God knows what else. I have come into this store at least once ready to tear the place from its foundation and Ilya assured me and reassured me and took me through each and every baby step I needed to take to get the hang of this craziness. Not just Ilya but his very capable staff too. Bottom line: you won't get this kind of attention from a place like Dash where they are just a bunch of shitheads. Their selection is great and not too overwhelming. Sometimes too much is not helpful at all. They have a few lines of juice and quality juice at that. At first, I wanted to save a buck on juice, but I quickly realized my sanity is worth much more than a few measly dollars. If you are unsure of what you might like, talk to Ilya; it's like he has ESP. He just knows people so well. Fuck dude! If I could nominate him for employee of the god damned year I would. Real proper dude who is one of the main reasons for repeat business, imho. Just know what you need in terms of nicotine intake. If you are a heavy smoker like I am, TELL ILYA! He will set you up with the device you need, explain the ins and outs and provide you with the juice that has the highest nic content on the market--and it still tastes DAMN GOOD! In case you are interested: my device is a Joytech Cuboid (that's two lithium ion batteries because I need this shit to last me all day), I have an Aspire Cleito (don't try pronouncing it--just say clitoris), and I started with 180 Premium Vape Line Ejuice (Sex on the Peach flavor--it has a small hint of mint), don't forget to pickup a battery charger too (IT IS IMPORTANT). If you think fruity is not for you, you are wrong. You will enjoy it much more than you ever "enjoyed" ciggies. These guys get 11 on a scale of 1-10. That's it for my rant. Sorry for the cussing. But I'm not sorry. worst customer service in relation to helping customers purchase with the satisfaction that they walked away with the knowledge they needed to use the product for their safety and appreciation for the people working there. My buddy luckily came and asked me after he left the store in which he told me he went in their needing to buy wires without knowing what or how to go about it. So their response to that after a long talk with buddy was "take 22g wire and all you need to do is wrap it and throw it in your mod as simple as that." and for all you that know what i'm talking about that's the stupidest thing you could tell someone that's new to vaping. So i met with buddy and told him to get some pre-wrapped coils seeing that he was new to vaping and to keep this long story short they ended up throwing him some low ohm coils knowing that he doesn't know what he was doing. So i had to go in there and pick out something that would work better with his mod seeing as the people their were really being of no help, it made me wonder if theses people even vape or really know anything about electricity and the problems they could cause by just throwing products at people and telling them to throw it together and like magic it will work without any problems. Vape shops should be removed from malls after this experience and be left to actual people who know what they are doing or at least with some common sense before someone gets hurt. You can't fix stupid and you shouldn't let them work were safety and knowledge is a requirement. read more
