I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you want sub-par work, with an A+ price. You WILL NOT get what you pay for. And I am not one expecting the world for nothing, literally my 9 year old did better than them. And I had to have them comeback to fix many things that didn't get corrected and just gave up having them fix the work to match the $17K price for a popcorn removal and just interior paint. Yohan and his crew did an exceptional job on the water damage from the storm in my daughter's bedroom and closet. He was quick to come and review the damaged sheetrock from the storm and provided a comprehensive estimate via email by the next day. After we awarded them the job, he told me when he would arrive to begin the work and arrived as he had said. During the process, he explained the process to me (removing the damaged drywall, putting mold eliminator on the areas, installing new sheet rock and painting. He and his team laid down paper on the traffic areas that they would walk in our home and was neat in clean up after each stage. They stayed on each stage until the job was complete. Yohan and his crew did a fabulous job installing all new drywall in our garage. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept things clean and tidy. Their craftmanship is excellent and they noticed the details. I had three jobs I was requesting work on. The guy showed up 1.5 hours late for our estimate meeting. This made me wary of their ability to stay on schedule since I only had a couple of weeks to get the work done. I did get the impression the painter (David) was skilled and I wish they ran their business well enough for me to work with him. I asked to get the estimate parsed per each of the three jobs in case I had to choose what they would do and what I would do myself. They never sent the estimate until I asked again for it a week later. Ultimately, I had to ask three times to get the three jobs parsed into separate estimates. They rescheduled twice. The second time I had my wall-hangings pulled down, my furniture moved out, and my rug rolled. At the time they were supposed to arrive, they instead pushed back another day. Two flags on attendance so far. I told them if the schedule moved again I would have to cancel. Day three, I asked in the morning if everything was on schedule and told them I already did one of the jobs myself. They gave me the ETA and asked me to make a deposit. Things were already on the ropes and now asking me to commit money to them when I couldn't even get them to show up; certainly a trap bordering on a scam. Two hours later, they missed the third scheduled appearance, just didn't show up. As I advised them after the second reschedule, I canceled the work requests. They never responded back with any attempt to apologize or recover ill will. read more
