This was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a home repair person. Edward showed up late or completely no showed every single time he gave me a time. Twice he completely no-showed after I took off work to be home. When he was over an hour late on the third attempt, I told him I'd move on, but he asked for one more chance. On the fourth day, he ignored my calls entirely. He also told me on three separate occasions that the price he quoted was final, only to go back on it. Edward is fantastic. He is thorough, attentive to detail, very communicative, and does great work. He brought my 1980s house to the 21st century by scraping the popcorn ceilings in my whole house, as well as installing over 30 new LED lights in my ceilings, plus dimmers and new switches.
