The service is always friendly & the ambience is set up so well it's so easy to find everything you are looking for. Also the way everything is laid out you might find something you didn't know you would want to try. They make a phenomenal green onion sausage! Once you start getting your proteins from Stone Cold, you will never buy from the grocery store. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed.
