Stopped by for a flight of sours...the pomegranite chili on the far left is the best.
Warren E.

This is one of my favourite breweries in Tucson. The owner is a military veteran and offers a discount to veterans and retirees. They have a wide selection of brews that will appeal to most anybody. Initially when I started going here I was not a fan of sours but they converted me with their Naughty Naranja @ 12%. The owner Allen is very friendly and has even given me a tour of his facility. It was very enlightening to see the process from start to finish. One thing that is pretty cool is you can buy a drink and pay it forward for a military member. You can purchase your own copper tankard mug to use when you are there that will earn you discount on your drinks. Within the last month they have made an outdoor patio seating area. This is good because they are enforcing social distance rules and this is a great time to be outside to enjoy the weather. If you are a craft brew enthusiast's and enjoy sour beers this is definitely the place to go.They are gaining popularity state wide because I have seen some of their signature brews in Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona establishments.

This was the first brewery I visited when I began tasting all the Tucson beers over two years ago. This is a small brewery just off the Loop, the 54-mile circular multi-use paved path around Tucson, so we planned a second visit here yesterday after walking six miles with our dogs. This place specializes in sours, which we don't care for, but there are enough standard beers that are good. I had a hefeweizen and then a coffee-chocolate stout on this visit Sunday afternoon, and enjoyed the patio where the dogs rested in the shade. Our server was friendly and attentive. I had asked for permission to park my car in the lot for the time we walked the Loop. She said "no problem!" and 2.5 hours later she remembered me and asked how the walk went. This is the only brewery within short distance of The Loop, so it gets special kudos for proving adult refreshments along a busy path.

My wife and I visited 1912 Brewing Company on a Sunday afternoon with another couple. It was close to where we were, so we decided to drop in on a whim. You'd hardly know how awesome this place is from the outside. Once you walk in, though, you can tell this is a full-up craft brewery tasting room. They've got table seating and a pretty good-sized bar. Each of us did a 6-beer flight to try. There are plenty of beer choices for any pallet. Our bartended knew everything about the beers and easily answered all our questions. I was pretty impressed all around.

Passion fruit and guava gose is the shiz-nay

Passion fruit and guava pie anyone? Just the sound of it makes my mouth water! I love a good gose when it's done right, and this one along with all of their other wonderful selection was to die for. Such a good balance of fruit yumminess! So glad that these guys decided to share their talents with us beer lovers. Can't wait for their 5 year anniversary celebration. Oh, thank you so much for being open! This world needs more awesome places to hang out and enjoy a delicious craft beer! Cheers

If you love sour beers, you'll love 1912. I knew of this place but had never stopped and often went to another brewery (who is also delicious). HOWEVER I had no idea what I was missing in this adorable tiny brewing co in a little business park. They had so many delicious options not just in sours, but also in everything else so not only was j happy, but my husband was too. They had chips and salsa and tamales which were all also delicious. The red Chile tamale was SO GOOD the flavor of the Chile soaked through everything just like I love it. The chips taste homemade and even though the salsa wasn't hot, it had good flavor. Took many beers to go and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a military discount. Will DEFINITELY be heading back each time I'm in town.

Beer was wonderful, and the service was even better! They say their specialty is sours, but their stouts were awesome!

I came for an event and immediately realized this is the kind of spot where every visit probably reveals something you missed the last time. The space is wildly eclectic in a way that feels intentional, not chaotic. You look up, you look around, you look again. There's a whole back area you wouldn't even know exists unless you wander, complete with its own seating and energy. Turns out they host yoga back there, plus a rotating lineup of events that actually feel community-driven instead of forced. Then there's the food situation. A Thai street food truck parked on site serving absolute flavor bombs. I had a curry tofu Thai taco--something I've never seen, let alone eaten--and it brought legit spice and depth. One of those "wait, why is this so good?" moments. Inside, the details keep stacking. A vending machine filled with mini purses, bath salts, and handmade artisan goods? Unhinged (affectionately). Swag everywhere. Walls that give you something new to look at every few seconds. And if that wasn't enough, they partner with Anello, which happens to be my favorite pizza in the city--so yes, that alone earns points. What really sealed it for me was how inclusive the menu is. A full non-alcoholic selection, vegan cookies and non-vegan options, so no one feels like an afterthought. Service was solid, friendly, and matched the laid-back but intentional vibe of the place. Honestly, I'm shocked it took me this long to make it to Crooked Tooth--but now that I have, I get it. This isn't just a brewery. It's a choose-your-own-adventure kind of space, and I'm already looking forward to the next chapter.

There was only one bartender when we arrived but they had some backup help a while after. The inside was clean and just good vibes. I came here with my husband and son on a Friday night. Not too busy and they don't serve food but have a rotating food truck out in their parking lot. You'll see the sign for the taproom from the road and turn in. Continue all the way down past the shipping docks and you'll see the sign once you make a left. Decent amount of parking available. They sell more beers than what you see of theirs in the stores. They also have rotating guest beers. Pours are offered in 4oz and 10oz, which is nice if you don't want to drink too much or are trying to pace yourself/taste different beers. They also sell various merchandise, likes hats, shirts, etc. One thing I'm starting to add in my reviews is if there is a changing table now that I have a baby. They have a changing table in the large stall in the women's bathroom; not sure about men's bathroom and they do not have a family restroom.

I asked the beertender if I could sample a couple of their wheat beers, and they were more than happy to help. I ended up going with their American Wheat (super refreshing, crisp, and easy to drink). My friend opted for the Pilsner, which was just as solid and well-balanced. The only downside is that they don't serve the beer in proper glassware (everything comes in plastic cups), which takes away a bit from the overall experience. That said, the atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and the beer is delicious. Definitely a spot worth checking out
