When I arrived at the facility it was closed but I had no problem accessing my storage unit. It could not possibly have been any easier to load my items (backed the UHaul right up to a garage, loaded everything onto the provided carts, fit all of my belongings in the elevator in one trip, and easily loaded into the storage room). This place is great! My only concern is that renters can access the facility after hours, so the security of my belongings is dependent on trusting the other renters. If someone else comes in after hours and doesn't properly lock up (doesn't lock the garage, for instance), the security of everyone's belongings is compromised. I wish there was a way to address this because it is a bit concerning (perhaps auto-locking garages that close and lock after a set amount of time?). Aside from that, everything was great! I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again!

The movers were able to get in early enough to talk to the building management and set up the loading area. They secured the corners of the hallways and the elevator walls, then removed the furniture. The movers packed my sneakers, gaming setup, vinyl records, and home office equipment. Each box was marked so that it would be easy to identify later on in the evening when it was time to unpack. The lift had been blocked for a short while because another householder had reserved a part of the time. The crew quickly grew accustomed and kept packing the loose items during the waiting time. No one complained or rushed; I really appreciated that. Efficient loading of the truck, and after the buildings' access was cleared, the delivery commenced as scheduled. Initially, one small box was placed in the wrong bedroom, which was corrected immediately. All this was done professionally, even with such building restraints.
