It could not possibly have been any easier to load my items (backed the UHaul right up to a garage, loaded everything onto the provided carts, fit all of my belongings in the elevator in one trip, and easily loaded into the storage room). This place is great! My only concern is that renters can access the facility after hours, so the security of my belongings is dependent on trusting the other renters. If someone else comes in after hours and doesn't properly lock up (doesn't lock the garage, for instance), the security of everyone's belongings is compromised. I wish there was a way to address this because it is a bit concerning (perhaps auto-locking garages that close and lock after a set amount of time?). Aside from that, everything was great! I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again!

As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. The crew that moved the tools treated them with respect, knowing that these were not just tools but decades of craftsmanship and memory. When using heavy equipment such as table saws and workbenches, they were moved using proper equipment, and no injuries were sustained due to the weight of the equipment. The smaller hand tools were put into labeled boxes, a system my grandfather had used for years. They labored patiently under my grandfather's watch, who would tell them a story about a particular tool every now and then and who listened respectfully. Materials and wood stock were moved with care, and no warping or damage was done to any of the materials being moved to his new, smaller workshop. When all were delivered, the crew helped me to plan the shop according to my grandfather's workflow.
