DO NOT HIRE GREAT MOVERS -- UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, AND DISHONEST…read more On October 30, 2025, I hired Great Movers to remove and store heavy items from my property. Three movers arrived, led by a foreman named Steve. They were instructed to place the sofa and love seat in a designated dumpster area. During the move, the team used our bathroom while working in the bedroom. Shortly after they left, my daughter arrived home and immediately realized that her gold, diamond, and pink sapphire necklace -- a deeply sentimental graduation gift she'd worn almost daily for three years -- was missing. It had been safely in the bedroom that morning, and she hadn't worn it that day due to her outfit choice. We searched thoroughly. It was gone. I texted Steve immediately and asked for his manager's contact information. When he called back, I explained what happened. His first response was dismissive: "Great Movers isn't responsible for stolen items." No empathy, no concern, no sense of accountability. Over the next three days, I called the company multiple times and left messages for management (Saad or anyone in charge) -- not a single call was returned. Zero acknowledgment. As if that wasn't enough, I then received a call from building management saying the movers had dumped my furniture next to a pizza shop's dumpster, upsetting the business owner. I had clearly told them to place the items inside the designated dumpster area. When I called again, the dispatcher promised to contact Steve. Steve later claimed I "never said anything" about a designated area -- an outright lie. He finally returned to move the furniture to the proper spot, but even then, he set it next to the dumpster until I told him to put it inside. When I again brought up the stolen necklace, he was cold, sarcastic, and emotionless. I told him I would be filing a police report and that if the necklace was returned, there would be no questions asked. His only reply was to ask "where it was located." It is now November 5, and I have still received no response from Great Movers management. This experience has been deeply upsetting, not only because of the stolen jewelry and unprofessional conduct, but also because of the company's complete lack of integrity, accountability, and compassion. My advice: DO NOT USE GREAT MOVERS. If you value your belongings -- and basic human decency -- find another moving company. Great Movers = Great Disappointment.

The terms are simple - one being to fill the truck at the end of use. No problem. There is a Wawa located about a half a mile down the road so I filled it there before returning. The total was just under 10 bucks. Part of policy is to turn in the receipt. Upon returning the truck, the lady working the counter accused me of not filling it. She continued to say that it should've been about 30 dollars. I told her that the gas station attendant tried multiple times to hold the pump handle but that it kept clicking shut and wouldn't take any more. She says I have two options, leave her the money or go back and fill it again. She eluded that the truck had just undergone repairs to fix a similar issue at which point I replied I didnt feel responsible for having to deal with that if there was an issue - especially since theres nothing more I could personally do to ensure that it was actually full other than read the meter and watch the gas attendant. She got very rude at this point, throwing the fact that we used the truck 3 times (twice actually) in my face and becoming bothered and irrational with me. She wouldn't hear my argument or acknowledge the fact it may actually not have had anything to do with me. I took the truck back to the gas station once again and once again, the truck stopped taking gas at less than half a gallon. I videotaped the entire filling and had the attendant continue to put gas into the tank multiple times after it stopped automatically. It was about another 2 or 3 dollars. I took the truck back once again and showed her the video. No apology from her. Waiting outside in my car (where I am writing this) she comes outside on the phone and starts gossiping with someone. She describes me, my car and says that I got smart with her. Tisk tisk, lady. I will now go out of my way to steer people away from this place until shes gone. Id like to point out that she nearly extorted me out of money on a baseless accusation. I will be following up about this.

Go out check my propane level and I'm down to 18%…read more I call my propane company if the last 10 years, and they tell me they are three weeks out to fill. Normally they do come out the next day. They tell me since I own my tank to go try somewhere else. Panicked, I start calling around. It's the coldest in a long time around here, and no one is picking up. I leave messages as I get ready for the wedding. Eric from Gastec calls back and after a few forms they tell me they'll be out as soon as possible. Two days later, worrying I may of messed up waiting so long they came out and filled the tank! $10 hazardous charge and lower price from my other supplier. I will definitely be using them again!!! Thanks to them for coming out so quickly!

I have contacted my development's management, informing them of my horrible experience with Jeff Clayton, and asked them to consider NOT using Jamesburg Hardware in the future. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect and not yelled at, patronized, or belittled. How I was treated is not the way to conduct business and retain/add customers!
