I only knew the lashes were not going to lash as she got right into it without cleansing my eye area to remove oils. I said nothing. The process was relaxing. She lashed my entire right eye then removed the tape before moving into the left. The lashes looked great and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rebook a two week. Unfortunately, I will not be returning since my lashes weren't cleaned and prepped in the beginning they didn't stay well. They were nice for about a week. :( I will not be back.

I texted Ningma on Wednesday requesting an appointment on Thursday and she responded in minutes that she had an opening on Thursday at 12:05pm. When I arrived expecting to have my eyebrows waxed, Ningma informed me that threading would be best. I informed her that I've never had threading done before and was a little scared. She assured me that she will be as gentle as possible and not to worry. She was absolutely right. She was very gentle and I did not feel any discomfort during the threading. It was a lot better than waxing. She has very good hands and made the process so easy and pain free. I'll never wax my eyebrows ever again. Her studio is very clean and private.
