First of all, a 50% deposit is required in order to book the appointment. I had no problem with that but didn't realize until after that I had chosen the wrong date due to the date being so small in font. I received a confirmation that showed a date that was further out than I desired and wanted to cancel right away but there was no option to. I responded to the email, calendar invite, and sent a text all stating that I needed to cancel the appointment right away. At this point my appointment should have been cancelled and pending deposit charge should have been cancelled as well. It was not. Instead she responded argumentatively and told me that she would cancel but I had to wait (and so does my deposit) until the following week whenever she was back in salon. While the amount of those funds may seem trivial to some, to others they are not. For me this disconnection and the way it was handled is unprofessional and inconsiderate to the client. Doesn't really make me want to even give the service a chance.

Seeing how the shop is evolving is always so exciting, the interior is so flirty and pretty and I have always felt welcomed whenever I walk in. She has been able to recreate every picture I've ever taken her and frequently see her with a nail or two of her own with a new creation she's testing out. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. They are always able to get me in on short notice when I forget to make an appointment ahead of time, and their prices are super reasonable. Their pedicures are so die for too. The Royal pedicure is definitely worth the splurge! Even their standard pedicure makes me feel so pampered. They don't have the traditional chairs/foot rubs, so they have you sit back in a super comfy lazy boy and bring out a big bowl of water with lemon slices and sometimes flower pedals They are also super clean and always making improvements to the shop and their services. All of the women there are so nice and will always engage in conversation if you start talking to them. They also don't take offense when you want some quiet time or need to get some work done. Place is clean and the vibe is chill. They have recliner chairs and they soak your feet in lemon rose petal warm water for the pedicures, which includes nail trimming, cuticle cleaning, sugar scrub, massage including hot stones, and perfectly painted nails. Highly recommend to call in advance for their availability as they can get busy but I've had some successful walk-ins. Prices are good and make sure to tip well- they deserve it!
