I called and made my appointment with Tina. I was so happy she was still working there. She is so very good at doing my nails. She even selected my colors for me since I had no idea colors I needed. Once she got done with my manicure and pedicure, I stayed there until they were completely dry. I am never rushed. The best time to go is during the week when they are less busy. I love this place and highly recommend for quality work. My nails last a long time.

My biggest issue continues to be the OWNER repeatedly canceling my appointments. This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers arrange their schedules around appointments, and our time should be respected too. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cancellations are coming from the owner herself. As the owner of a business, I would expect you to set the example when it comes to reliability, communication, and customer service. If a customer repeatedly canceled appointments, I'm sure it would be considered unacceptable and they could potentially be charged a cancellation fee. So why should customers be expected to simply accept repeated cancellations from the business? I have tried to be patient, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should have to tolerate. I am leaving this review because this was genuinely my experience, and other customers deserve to know what they may encounter when booking here.
