My experience at 19th hole golf carts was very pleasant. both employees were very helpful explained all the differences between four and six passenger carts I did not realize there was also a difference in the height from the ground they were very helpful in that respect I have rheumatoid arthritis and there's times when I have to use my hands that don't work very well to lift my legs so the lower the better. Because 19th Hole had inventory from several manufacturers, Angie was able to show and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each. I called many cart sellers on Saturday and only one answered. It was 19th Hole. We were looking for a street legal cart and the person I talked to , I believe it was Anna, explained a little and told me she would have someone call me back. Robin called pretty quickly. She was friendly and quite knowledgeable. She explained exactly what is required to be street legal then sent photos of the street legal carts available. Great photos! I was able to put a hold on a beautiful copper cart with a lithium battery, back up camera, and all the bells and whistles. The hold only required $5. Robin explained that everything could be handled without us even coming in. We decided to come in, anyway, and the cart was exactly as Robin had described. Be careful buying from this company. Posted a Gem car on Craigslist. Ad stated "new batteries". When asked about the condition of the batteries the rep replied with "used". I mentioned the ad stated new. The rep replied with "we'll fix the ad". After seeing pics of the cart, the batteries are mixed and do not match. If you're buying any electric cart you should know that the batteries should be the same model, brand, age and so on. When I mentioned this to Robin, her reply was "you know this is a used cart, right?" Bottom line, I did not have a good experience with Robin. Even if I did and made the 2 hour drive to see the cart I would have been very disappointed and upset to have wasted my time. I forgot to mention that after calling them out in the listing error the rep proceeded to try and sell other carts that were "new". Maybe they are listed as nee and are in fact "like new" or straight out used/refurbished. Who knows? When I read a listing for a used cart with new batteries, I don't expect to see different used batteries that look like they were thrown into the cart to make it run. I assume this is to sell to the first sucker that does not know any better. I could be wrong. Just my personal opinion . read more
