Working with Best Buy RV was probably the best experience we've had making a major purchase. It was zero pressure, zero games, and we left feeling great about our purchase. Being that the trailer we purchased was used, they went over a few things and had it ready for us in only a few days. They had taken care of any concerns with the trailer and got us in and out very quickly after going over everything we needed to know to fully enjoy our first tri Thanks for making our decisions easy, and helping us get into a trailer that will be a great fit for us for many years to come. We've already recommended to others and will definitely be back if we're ever in the market down the road for anything new.

This summer started looking for a good quality, well maintained trailer for my family. Best Buy was the closest dealer to the house but wasn't aware of the fact that they sold good quality used RVs. Was driving home and they were backing my 2010 Rockwood into the lot. Looked at it next morning. Negotiated a fair price. In my mind at that point their value to me began. They took the time to go over the unit with a fine tooth comb making sure that all the bits and pieces were in great shape. Resealed the roof, put on a new awning and much more. As a consumer I measure the value of companies I do business with by how they handle the problems that inevitably crop up. At the final punch the oven pilot wouldn't light. They needed to order a part. They scheduled a repair and followed up.. Great company. Thanks.

Picked up today Saturday January 10. Most of the work was done but still needed a few things to be looked at. He recommended some upgrades that would be beneficial to the trailer. I would like to commend Matt for his professionalism and friendliness. If you need any work done to your trailer or RV, ask for Matt Eck. This Service Rep deserves a raise.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience so other consumers…read morecan make an informed decision. My husband and I visited Giant RV in Murrieta to purchase a 2026 Winnebago Ekko. We were excited and genuinely believed we had found the perfect motorhome. Before leaving a $5,000 deposit, we explained that we were waiting for proceeds from the sale of our Hawaii property. We specifically asked what would happen if the Hawaii sale did not go through or the funds were delayed. We were told that the purchase was contingent upon financing, and based on that conversation, we believed that if financing was not completed, our deposit would be returned. At the same time, we were also asked to sign paperwork stating that the deposit was non-refundable. Looking back, we believe those two things were inconsistent, and we did not fully appreciate the significance of that language because we relied on what we understood from our discussions with the dealership. In the end, the financing was never completed, and we never took delivery of the 2026 Winnebago Ekko. We never drove it off the lot, never became owners, and the sale was never completed. When we requested the return of our $5,000 deposit, we were deeply disappointed by how the matter was handled. Instead of working toward what we believed would be a fair resolution, we found ourselves in a dispute over a vehicle we never purchased. We have now had to seek legal advice regarding our rights. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and emotionally draining. A $5,000 deposit is a significant amount of money, and we believe consumers deserve complete clarity before being asked to commit to such a large deposit. And their corporate office, was just as disappointing. Unfortunately, I have left multiple calls on the financing manager - Jay Benzek, and have yet to receive even one return call! If you are considering buying from Giant RV, my advice is simple: read every document carefully, ask every question you can think of, and if you are told something verbally, ask that it be put in writing before signing anything. This review reflects our personal experience and the events as we understood them. We sincerely hope Giant RV will ultimately resolve this matter fairly. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership, and will not be doing business with them in the near future or far!

I recently took my Airstream into Airstream Inland Empire for what was supposed to be a simple door…read moreadjustment. Big mistake. They immediately upsold me on new tires and a whole laundry list of other "necessary" services. Against my better judgment, I agreed. On speaker phone I asked Will what the total would be "all in with the tires, door and all the other things". He gave a $3800 price (my wife and I had him on speaker phone so we both heard the quote). So that's when we agreed. When we called to check on progress we were told the amount would be over $6000. What????? That's not what we agreed to. Julie said she would talk to Will. When he called he said the price he quoted was without the tires and door. We told him that was not what he said on the phone. He then made some adjustments and brought it down to $4800. Still a $1000 over what we agreed upon. I guess $1000 doesn't mean anything to him. He also said they take credit cards. We found out through Julie that they charge 3%. That also should have been said during the phone call about approving things when we asked if they take credit cards by the manager Will. What should have been a quick job turned into a three-week ordeal. When I finally picked up the camper, I was horrified by the lack of basic attention to detail (they had lost my key, sloppy installation of door trim, lost the blocks for my front hitch, hadn't completely removed the wax from wolbenizing, and other things). There were loose rivets and pieces of trim scattered all over the floor inside. Even worse, they had badly scratched the front windows while "replacing the splines." The sales manager (Will) had the nerve to claim the scratches were already there (from trees) when it came in and indicated in the future they will take pictures when the unit comes in (to make sure I'm not lying). Fortunately, I had clear before photos proving otherwise. Instead of owning up to the damage, they tried to gaslight me. We took our Airstream to our storage spot and then saw that they did not replace the shower door seal and we were charged for that as well. I bought an Airstream because of its legendary quality and expected white-glove service from a "five rivet" authorized dealer. What I got was the complete opposite: sloppy work, unnecessary delays, upselling, and denial when they damaged my coach. Very disappointed. Save yourself the headache and go south to San Diego or north to Orange County instead. Inland Empire is not worth it. The fact that this location is a "five rivet" dealer makes me challenge the entire Airstream ranking system.

I understand that staffing shortages and employee absences can create challenges, but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, I never received a proactive update. The only time I got a call was after repeatedly reaching out and requesting to speak with a manager. I called the service technician every day for a week and never received a single callback. After waiting more than two months, I finally picked up my RV only to find that no repairs or service had been completed. I was essentially back at square one after losing valuable time and receiving no meaningful communication. Professionalism and customer communication are critical in any service business, and unfortunately Giant RV Service fell far short in both areas. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others. To be fair, this review is not a reflection of Giant RV Sales, they are helpful and great with their customer service.
