My 65 year old mom had a scheduled root canal and a cap scheduled over a course of several appointments. She had her root canal done but has needed/waited for her her cap to be doing finished. The dentist has cancelled her appointments twice the day of, each time, stating the dentist had a family emergency. I can understand the first cancellation, but the second time seems dubious--always on a Tuesday. I wouldn't complain because emergencies occur but the cancellation is on their end, and they would not reschedule another appointment on a day my mom preferred, only on a date the dentist preferred. They know she's a senior and not working, so chose to change her schedule constantly. They basically have her by the proverbial balls, since they've done the work partially, and she needs it finished. My Mom's also old school, always looking for a Cantonese speaking dentist close to her rather than trying one who has a great reputation for doing good work. I would not recommend, tons of people take advantage of the elderly expecting them never to complain. read more
